After the Winter here with us live in studio. The track that we played
was Breadcrumbs a few minutes ago, which I think we played the last time
you guys were here, but you've got something brand new. We're gonna hear
in a couple and uh, it will be a world radio premiere, World
World. That's right. We're very excited to be here. Yeah, yeah,
no, we're happy to have you guys and excited to play the new
track. By the way, how do you pronounce it? I want to
make sure so the pronunciation of this song is called adelphos Adelphos Okay, it
means brother in Greek. Oh okay, I was gonna say it sounds Greek
Greek to me. And is this uh? And this is when we say
this is new? I mean, this is really really new. Right we
just got the final cut. Yes, oh fantastic, fantastic. I look
forward to sharing this with everybody. Uh where did you record the Echo Room
studios? Is that where? Where is that? Exactly? So? That
is uh in Westfield, Massachusetts? Now? Is that? Where is that
where you've been recording? Is that where everything else is recorded to? Yes,
sir, yeah they do. They do a great job. How did
you How did you find them that studio? We've been working with Ian uh
probably since about twenty ten. So oh wow, that's a long time.
Yeah, we've been sticking with them. Yeah, no, I can see
why. I can see why, great, great, great engineer. And
is this part of an up me an album or rep or yep, yeah,
it's it's for upcoming album. We got another song coming soon to be
announced obviously at a later time. And uh yeah, this is gonna be
all for the new album. Excellent, excellent. All right, let's go
ahead and give this a listen, and we're gonna come back and chat some
more. So. This is called Adelphos Ade Adelphos all right, here it
is, check it out. This is the world premiere of the brand new
track from After the Winter Adelphos here on w M n H. Yeah,
in the south side the Shiah what was what? Track was a row Yo
ride lag track right out sid walk a large right names al sid outside.
That's why I go and I can't get out listen close size mysty I said,
if I do, I shot, Yes, Oh I should you should
do for I said, it's just a s Cassis out my um gotta let
that guitar decay at the end. I'm not I'm not one of these guys
who just wants to who's just dying to jump in and talk over it.
I that was awesome. Wow, well done, gentlemen. That is absolutely
That is the the world premiere of Adelfos, the new track from After the
Winter, and we've got three of the guys here with us live and studio.
Now, that is fantastic and I can see why you keep working out
of that same studio. I mean absolutely does he Now who who runs that?
Again? Ian? Ian? Is he does he just engineer or is
he kind of like a de facto producer as well or both? Yeah?
Yeah, he's like a mastermind. Like he's got a really good ear for
music, metal especially. Yeah. He plays in a metal band too,
a very very popular one too. Oh what what band? Process? Okay,
yeah, I've heard of them. Not not too familiar, but I
have heard of them. Yeah. I mean I love the the mix is.
You know, I'm I'm an engineer. I'm picky about mixing, and
the just the mix of that is so good. Yeah. We joke around.
Our drummer gets a free drum tuning every time, was there because tunes
all the drums up. It shows No, it sounds uh, it sounds
fantastic. Now where are you guys? From Western Massachusetts, Springfield, Springfield.
Wow, how long they're take it? A wow? Yeah for them,
I have relocated August, Massachusetts. Okay, yeah, so it's about
fifteen minutes for me fifty four minutes a short round. Yeah, drive,
I drive two hours to practice. Wow, he does do that dedicated number?
That is that is dedication. Yeah. Yeah, Well we appreciate you
guys traveling so far. We appreciate you. Yeah. Yeah. I mean
we have a lot of you know, local talent that that comes in.
But usually if if people are too far away there, they just skype in
or call. Although we had a who was it was it dark rain?
Yeah? It was dark rain. Yeah they were here. I think they
were. They were on our last show at the Old Place and they were
like they were like no, but they somewhere in Maine. But they drove
like three hours. It's like, oh my god. Yeah cool. Yeah,
I we appreciated it. But it's like, wow, wow, are
you guys playing a lot of shows or we are getting booked up solid for
the summer. Yeah. We took kind of a little hiatus to you know,
hit the studio and yeah, I just had a baby in December.
Oh, congratulations, thank you first. Yeah, yeah, very good,
very good. Yeah. I would imagine the live shows are pretty Uh I
haven't seen you guys live yet, but I imagine it's pretty energetic. Oh
yeah, it gets rowdy. Yeah yeah. How many how many songs do
you guys have, like, in terms of your set? How many?
How many songs you're able to play live? Yes, so we typically do
like a five song set ye most part. Yeah, most venues go to
Usually in our sole music, you get a half hour block for the most
part. So yeah, five songs with a little bit of interludes, you
know, in between a couple of interludes. But and you guys have been
around for a while, right, because you mentioned, you know, it
was what twenty ten was when you f we started out in like twenty ten,
we took like a few years, if you want to call it a
few years. Yeah, good, ten year break, that's right, I
remember now. Yeah, we were talking about that the last time you were
here. So yeah, that's a long break. Yeah. So this past
year we just came back and hit it pretty hard. We played We played
about forty five shows last summer. Oh wow, that's a lot of shows.
Yeah, you really came back and hit it hard. Wow. Oh
yeah, now what what was the genesis of reforming the band? What?
What? So it's funny it's actually us three too. Yeah, yeah,
you have always been the core of it. We we ended up going to
a show at a place called the Webster Theater in Connecticut and Harvard. Yeah,
and I bumped into Chad and I guess Cody recognized because I had a
beard now and I didn't have a beard back in the day. Actually I
didn't recognize. Actually it was Chad. Okay, I was talking to Cody.
We let you tell the story man. Yeah. Well, I was
just hanging out with Cody. I went to the August Burns Red show and
yeah, I was just talking to him like that looks like Chris. I
hadn't seen him for good eight years, almost ten years. Yeah, yeah,
and I was like he had the long beard. He never had it,
so I was like, is that him? I don't know. I
was like, let's let's walk up to him and see. Yeah, yeah,
go figure it was him, and yeah, just reconnected and we're like,
hey, let's give this another shot. Like we had something good.
And you know, I was writing material too, and I was eager to
get back out there, and and Chris is passionate about it, so was
it? Was it really in that moment, like in that conversation or yeah,
literally right there the night I want I looked at him, I was
like, you want to do this, and we're just kind of like,
yeah, let's do it for them. I didn't really know that was going
on. I was only a fan of the band when I was younger because
Chad graduated high school before me, and I wasn't good enough to be in
the band back then. Yeah, and then Chad, me and Chad actually
hadn't hung out in a few maybe a few years. Yeah, and that
night was like our first night getting back together, like on our own and
going out and doing something. And then he came over here, he's they
were planning I'm putting the band back together. And Chad saw how much I
improved in my guitar work, and he was like, you should try out
because we can't find anyone. So wow, Yeah, Blues Brothers come back,
bring the band back together? Man, putting back together? Band?
Did it? Uh? In terms of putting it back together? I mean
ten years is a long time? Did it? Did it kind of come
together? Quickly was it was it? Like, uh, yeah, it
did for the moment part. Yeah. We actually reached out to the original
drummer and he was game to do it, so he got back involved and
uh the like we said, we reached out to Cody. We had to
push him a few times, like hey, like try out right right,
you know, and he did and he put into work. And then the
toughest thing was to get the new bass player and found Matt. You can't
make it today, but he's been a great addition and we've just been rocking.
Bass Players are are hard to come by sometimes space players and drummers are
the hardest. Well Matt, Matt is both, so yeah, yeah,
he's actually a drummer too. Oh wow, okay, he's a nasty drummer.
Well that's I think we had talked about that before too. Yeah,
yeah, nasty. And then uh so, now there are you going to
adelfos obviously is brand new. Are you already working on the next one or
what's what's kind of your So we got one on the back burner. We
did the track for it, All the instruments are recorded. I'm just going
to hit the studio and do the vocals. Next. Oh nice, So
we got one right right in the studio already excellent, excellent, excellent,
And I think I asked you this before, but is there an album?
Do you guys have an album out or do you just release singles right now?
We're just working on an EP, but we are we have intentions to
do in a full length Yeah. Yeah, I mean we live in a
time where you've got so many different options in terms of how you you know,
write A lot of the a lot of the guests we've had on in
the last couple of years they take the approach of, you know, just
you know, because I'm old enough to remember when it was you know,
you put out an album, or you put out or you put out a
single for the upcoming album. Are doing enough to remember that so you can
go strawberries and get the single right, right, exactly exactly, Sam Goodie,
Yeah, yeah, oh yeah, you had all kinds of option,
but now it's uh, I've noticed a lot of the guests I've had on
they they say, well, we're just going to release singles until we've released
enough singles to put into an EP or to put into an album. Yeah,
but again, you know, we live in a time where you've got
so many options, it's kind of cool to release just a single because you
get like the excitement sooner than you would And yeah, you know you get
it more often too. And in the social media that we live in,
you know, you gotta you gotta feed that machine. You know people want
because it all becomes content. Ultimately, everyone wants. People want the instant
gratification. You have to keep their attentions. Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
When you guys play out, do you have any other bands in your area
that you kind of you know, it tends to happen organically, but you
know, do you have any other bands that you kind of team up with?
We got some friends, you know, alter of next those shout out
to those guys, isa, Uh definitely Carried by six? Yeah yeah,
is it? Is it in your area? Are there a lot of bands
that kind of are in working in your genre? Is it easy to find
other bands? Oh? Yeah, yeah yeah. I always say, you
know, it's funny. Uh, people don't realize if if they're not paying
attention to their local music scene. You know, the average person who just
listens to the radio and they just know what's on the radio or what they
happen to see in their uh you know, you know, their social media
online might not realize that there's so much great talent. And and I always
say that about here. I say that a lot about New Hampshire. We
talked about it a lot on the show. But but other places too,
and anywhere, you know, whether it's Massachusetts or anywhere you go, you
guys, Oh yeah, yeah. But I always tell people, you know,
check out what's going on in your area locally for music, because I
guarantee you this amazing stuff. You know, this is amazing talent everywhere that
you know, if you're not, if you're not really and it's not like
you have to invest a lot of time into looking into it. You know,
just go online and look up, you know, go to a website
like band camp and you know, you can type in your city and and
find out, you know, who's in your area who's doing really amazing stuff.
Uh, there's so much great talent out there, are you guys?
Uh? Have you opened for you open for any national acts that have come
through or we did a we did a show with suicide Silence and Born of
Osiris, who else Dying Fetus? Oh wow? Board, Yeah, that
was at the Webster Theater in Harford. Oh okay, okay, real quick
shout out to North Beast Booking as well out of Worcester. Okay, well,
there's a lot of a lot of UH bands in Worcester, that's for
sure. I used to I used to play in a band called My Life
Crisis and we used to go to Wister A lot there was I don't know.
I don't know if it's still there. There's a place called the Atrium.
Is that that sounds familiar to me too. Okay, it's a really
cool place, but I think it might be gone. We just played at
the Palladium a few weeks ago. Oh nice. Nice. That was like
a bucket listening for me. Man, I've always wanted to play there,
so that was great. I never got to do that. It's funny because
it's my first band and I'm doing all the things that Chris wanted jerk.
That's awesome. So so it's your first band, Cody, Yes, no,
kidd man, I've ever been in I'll be damned. Yeah. Yeah,
very nice, very nice. Now are any of you in other bands
as well? Or are you all just doing this? I'm doing like a
little side project with some with some more friends. But that's about it.
Yeah, I'm just vocals. I'm actually a solo rapper. Are you really
nice? You got anything online? I do? I do? Uh?
It's I So I recorded my first official song with a guy named Jordan Meyer
in Connecticut. Who did our who did our video? Actually? Bad crumbs?
Oh cool? So like I just reached out to him the other day
the recording parlor. Yeah, the recording parlor. So I'm I'm it's to
get back into his studio too. Yeah, yeah, start more. You
hear that, Jordan? Yeah, Jordan, I message you. What what
name do you perform under for? Uh? Cody a Trix? Cody a
Trix. Yeah, that's like my online handle and my my rap name.
Oh cool, I'll check it out. How do you spell a trix?
Uh ce O d y A t r i X A t r i X
Okay cool. It's like Cody and the Matrix put together. Yeah. Yeah,
just so you know I can hear you very clearly, dude, Your
mic is working great. Yeah. You know, I got a little bit
of experience with the you know, I used to do twitch and stuff too.
That was my twitch handle too. I'll be down. No, just
coincidentally, I just signed up for I just signed up for Twitch last night.
I didn't even just Jenny this. Yeah, I'm not a gamer.
I'm not using Oh I'm sorry, I turn your mic on. What's that
I'm already on it. You're already look at her? Then? Have you?
Jesse? Got me on it? Oh? Okay, surprising multi stream
get Twitch kind of. I can't deal with that. I can't deal with
this too much going. I can't too many chats, too much going on
on the screen. I don't know what well that's yeah, and you know
we're not gamers. But the reason but I opened it. But just last
night I opened a Twitch account just because we're gonna be doing a separate podcast
and I'm going to be streaming in multiple places, so I'm gonna try to
put it on Twitch as well, because I don't think you you can't upload
any recorded stuff right to Twitch. I don't think you know you can stream
live. I mean you can stream what you recorded if you wanted, you
know. Yeah, yeah, remember that's true, as long as you are
with the recording live. I don't know how it was back in the day.
They didn't like anything that was not live. Oh, but then that
they started like letting people record stuff. Like there's this group I like called
Mega sixty four if they make a bunch of funny video game videos and they
have a whole like TV thing of all their videos that they've recorded over YouTube
over time. Yeah, just places twenty four to seven. Oh okay,
but there there are terms of service as strict though, right, because I've
I've encountered streamers who they just put put their stuff on YouTube now because they
get they get booted from from Twitch. Everybody boots you from stuff, man.
Yeah, yeah, it's probably like I don't know, I've I've never
got that big, but I you know, I think it's a lot of
like where the money is. Yeah, you know what I mean. Like
they I heard along a while back that they were trying to like take more
money from subscribers. Yeah, from the people. So that's why people like
branch out do their patreons and all that. Yeah. Yeah, I know
on YouTube you could do it and not get copyright as long as you could
be demonetized, so you can't rids or anything. But they won't boot you
off live for if you're demonetized and not making money. Yeah, that you
can play whatever you want, yeah, copyrighted Like I you know, we
we stream this show live to Facebook, but then I put it on YouTube
afterward and I just got like the notifications you can't monetize this video because ye
be right right? Yeah, that's fine. But so you mentioned, uh
so there's a video. Actually, do you guys have multiple videos or do
you just have the one for We just have the one videos for bread Crumbs?
Yeah, yeah, I gotcha. And who did you work with for
that? Jordan Meyer from the recording parlor? Oh okay, gotcha? Gotcha?
And uh now, how did that happen? How did that connection happen
with So I've known Jordan's and I believe Chad does you. I've known him
for some years. He's a great guy. I just reached out to him
and he, you know, he's he's worked with a lot of people.
He's done some great work that we saw and we just you know, we
we linked up with him and uh, you know, it just worked out.
He saw our vision and yeah, you know he's also all of us
are from Enfield, Connecticut. Originally I'm not sure about Chris, but I
was born in Enfield, Connecticut. And that's where Jordan's also from. Oh
okay, that's kind of why I knew him too, Yeah, just because
you know hometown. Yeah, yeah, yeah, excellent. I think Uh
oh, we got time. Jordan actually performs too, he's a yeah rap
artist. I actually booked him in a big status years ago for like an
anti suicide and anti bullying show in the town of Benfield. Oh no kidding.
Yeah, Oh that's that's very cool. Yeah cool. Uh we should
play another track. I was because I was listening to some of the stuff
that we played last time, and I don't know what that ding was.
Oh but uh, I am particularly fond of fourteen hundred BC. That's Chad's
favorite song. Oh is it really? Now? It's the only song that
I didn't write of the original guitarist. Yeah, so Chad. Chad's not
our original guitarist, but he is. He's technically an original because he's the
first lead guitarist that we've had. Oh no kidding, Okay, okay,
Well we'll give this, We'll give this a listen. I love this track.
This is a fourteen big fan of it. I'm the original vocalist on
it, so it's all it's all good. There you go, there you
go, all right, check this out out. After the Winter is here
with us in studio, and we're going to come back and talk with these
guys some more. But here it is fourteen hundred BC. Oh something went
wrong, Chad? What did you do? Man? That was? That
was really blocking in on my phone? That was really sorry. Let me
try that again. I don't know what just happened. Okay, I think
I started playing the end? Is that what it was? All right?
Here we go second time? The charm. I guess I know the song.
You know, he was already listening at the end. But oh yeah,
and at about anything you say, said song? B? I so
it t yeah yo side wow so black so yeah yeah, wor rd times
I saw got sad yeah down sun sorry, Y like got so wat down
lad? That's all so like that so well listen, Yes, I like
that. That's like that like that that so on b B. That's I
like. That's why Yeah, okay, I'm telling you so no monsen s
s name six six six s. That's why. I lie, my lie,
right, I I my you. No love for mercy for longer,
no love father sime Si. That's a cool ending too, I like that
a lot. Yeah, yeah, I did get fourteen hundred BC. The
band is after the Winter and they are here with us in studio or three
members of the band, I should say, here with us alive in studio
if you're just joining us. We did play the new track Adelphos uh,
the world premiere of that. We're gonna play that again if you missed it,
we are gonna play it again at the top of the hour before we
transition to our number three. Because that's that's really good, that deserves another
listener. I think, thank you, absolutely absolutely appreciate that. Now we're
honored that we get to debut at here. That's very, very cool.
The song we just heard fourteen hundred BC. Now, you guys were saying,
that's the first song the band ever recorded. That's right, that's a
that's the first one we ever did. Excellent, excellent shout out to Mike
Straight he's the one that wrote it. Yeah, he wrote so he was
he was in the band, yes, yeah, he was the original guitar
player, gotcha. And he he actually does guest vocals on Bred Crumbs.
Yeah, there's the part you will notice you up to. We let him
do a little squil too. And you know what's really what's really cool and
actually uncool right now, is so when we were in the studio, Adam
d Jesse Leach and Howard Jones were actually at Zing or it's actually called Mainline
Studio now in Westfield, Massachusetts. They were going to be there when we
were in there from Kill Switch Engaged, but I guess something happened. I
think the weather deleted or something and they posted a picture like four days after
we were in the studio and they were all there. I was because Howard
Jones is like one of my biggest influences. Like you know, so Howard,
if you're listening, man, going back in so I would really love
you to do some guest vocals wink wink. But uh wow yeah. For
some reason, every time we go in the studio, it's no, oh
really yeah, it did the same thing last year. Yeah, now does
that? So that's obviously an early track if that's the first one you recorded,
But yeah, we do. Yeah, we opened with that. So
we we have an intro and then we open with that. Oh very nice,
very nice. We were also talking off air a little bit about singing
and and is it uh Chris I mean, do you is your throat ever
get sore sing? No, No, it doesn't get sore, but it
doesn't wake up you know this early? Yeah. Yeah, I prefer not
to play shows, you know around now? Yeah, no kidding. Do
you do you have anything that you do to really kind of take care of
your voice? Because obviously that as I drink, uh, you know,
what's called the medicine ball from Starbucks. It's like a combination of different kind
of teas and you know, I just kind of drink lemon tea and you
know, most of the time, like before I play a show, I
drink coffee, yeah, you know, just to warm me up. Yeah,
yeah, there's that. What is it called the zen of uh?
It's kind of kind of a famous familiar what is it the zen of oh,
the art of it's the zen of the zen of singing? I believe
it's or is it the zen of screaming? Screaming screaming? Yeah, yeah,
which is kind of among singers and metal. It's kind of an infamous,
uh, instructional DVD or I guess now you probably just find it online,
but you ever check that out? I actually haven't. I'm actually all
self taught I've never had any I've never had any guidance. Yeah, yeah
you will. Yeah, what what did you What did you listen to that
helped you? Because I assumed you had you had certain uh arts that you
listened to to kind of help you develop that ability to sing like that.
So, like I said, one of my main influences Howard Jones from a
band called Blood has Been Shed and also you know formally kill Switch Engage.
Yeah, he was a huge influence on me when I was you know,
I want to say about maybe fourteen fifteen years old. They were you know,
they were doing the stuff we're doing back then, you know, early
to late nineties. And he's just I don't know if you've ever heard him,
but he's Yeah, his cleans are incredible. Man, he's an incredible
vocalist and he's definitely a vocalist I look up to. Is that part difficult
to learn? Switching back and forth like that within a song? It's not
difficult to learn. I feel like I feel like it's not something you learn.
You either have it or you don't. That's where I stand with it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I would think that, Uh,
I mean, is that something that's is your approach to that changed over
the years at all, because you've been at this a while. I mean,
like, do you do do you do more aggressive? Now? Do
you do more clean? Now? Is it? Well, it's funny you
say that because this is the first adel Phos is the first song where we
have like a three part and it's and it's it's got a recurring course and
then it's got you know, towards the end, it's got that other course
that I threw in there. It just kind of hit me when we were
writing, and yeah, you know, and my approach hasn't really changed.
I am trying to put more cleans in because I mean, I just I
love screaming, and you know, as I get older, I'm enjoying more
cleans. Okay. I like the way it's when it's like I'm a kid
on Christmas. When you're in the studio and it comes out and you hear
it, it's like, oh man, it sounds so clean. It's good.
You know, yeah, yeah, yeah, no doubt. And do
you guys do any backing vocals live or our our bass player and our drummer
due the guys that aren't here. Yeah, I yelled a few times on
stage, but I don't know if it sounded good right right. I always
try to get I'm like, hod, are you gonna think it's like that?
I don't know. That's like my next like try to learn how to
do it right right. I got my hands full with the leads. It's
tough get up with a lot of the lead stuff and doing that, so
I kind of let them take that part, no doubt, no doubt.
I also real quick wanted to give a big shout out to Atomic War Machine
too, big shout to Mattle the Fountain. Man. Those guys are really
good. Check them out, man. Where are they from? From Western
Mass? Atomic War Machine? Yes, sir, it's quite a name.
They're fantastic. Kill once once we're kings. Those guys are great too.
What do you guys have coming up? Are you guys or are you just
kind of focused on I mean it's still winter you just focused on? Uh?
I guess, I guess after the winter. Yeah, so I had
to. I believe. I believe we're kicking things off toward the end of
February and then it's gonna just keep steam rolling from there. Yeah. Then
you know, as we get into the spring and summer. We're already booked
up. We're headed to Canada this summer. Excellent international. Yeah no,
that's cool, Chris. I asked you last time you were here, and
you gave like my favorite answer. But I want to see if you give
the same answer this time. Where does the name come from? After winter?
Uh, it's the best time of year, beautiful summer, man summer
baby. Yeah. Yeah, I love that answer because that's how I am.
Like, that's the good answer. Winter is my least favorite season after
man, I hate winter. I think is going to agree to a lot
of people make a mistake though. They'll come up to us and be like,
oh, you guys should put snowflakes, and I'm like, no,
it's after the winter, right right, we want nothing to do with winter,
right exactly exactly. Oh yeah, I love spring. I love summer.
Falls not so great because of what it leads to. Yeah, you
got to deal with like the pumpkin spice crap if you want to look at
it like I do. Only the strong survive the winter, so that's what
I look at it like. Yeah. Yeah, well there's that, and
the winters here have gotten easier, I feel. Yeah, I mean this
year hasn't been so bad. No, overall, it really hasn't. Isn't
only when we have to go to the studio. Yeah yeah today? Yeah
yeah yeah. A couple of days ago it was like what almost sixty degrees
in Connecticut? Was it really? Really? It got that warm? Yeah?
Wow? Wow, that's pretty good, right, I ain't complained about
that. Now, where should uh, where should people go online to keep
up with everything you guys are doing. We are on Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok. I mean, we're pretty much on all the all the platforms.
We've got Spotify, you know, we're on YouTube. Yeah, we have
a website dot com. Oh yeah, yeah, We're on Instagram, Spotify,
Apple Music. Got that pulled up. Actually, it's a nice website.
But I just want to say, you know, we plan on releasing
uh delfos on Facebook today today. Okay, We're gonna put out like a
little just a quick little video on it. We did a video and stay
tuned on all our other socials because we're going to be releasing it soon officially,
like on YouTube and Spotify and and everywhere else Apple pretty soon. We're
just working on getting some artwork done for for our album. In the single,
and we are we are doing a video for this song. Oh cool,
and also stay tuned for that too. Do you have it all planned
out already? Oh yeah, no, kidd oh cool, excellent, same
same guy you're working with. We're not sure. We're kind of shopping around.
We're kind of we got some cgi stuff that we want to do really
so yeah, so we're we're we're trying to see, you know, who
can do what? Okay, Okay, So that's where we're at with that
right now. But did you want to stay out? Like what the song
is about? Yeah? This the song is inspired by our drummer losing his
brother a couple of years ago to a car accident. So and then I
just kind of it's not about that. This song was written neutrally to be
about anybody who loses somebody or loses something or I really wanted to write a
song that anybody can hear this and feel whatever they're going to feel. Yea,
Like when people ask me what it's about, I'm gonna just say,
well, what do you think it's about? And that's that's what I was
going for at this time. Yeah, Yeah, I like that means brother
in Greek, right, Okay, I think it's definitely my favorite lyrically done
one. But because I'm just singing along with all the time. Yeah yeah,
he's got in troubles making them all laugh from the studio because yeah,
I guys, can you calm down? They thought it was well. Chris
thought I was messing with him and like mocking him. But I was literally
just singing a lot of the other boys thought it was hilarious and we're just
all behind ian laughing or you know, behind off. Yeah, and Chris
comes his look, Chris, that's great though. That's how you know you
got something, you know. Yeah, yeah, no, I love it.
It's a great track. We're gonna play that again in a moment to
finish out the segment. Thank you very much, gentlemen, Thank you,
thank you, Chris Cody, oh, thank you, thank you. Thank
you for having us. Absolutely absolutely and we love that we got to premiere
the new track after the Winter. Dot com is a website and uh,
stop by our Facebook. We're gonna pop it up there pretty soon today.
Outstanding outstanding, all right, so we will uh we'll end the segment with
this, and then coming up an hour three, we've got Gary Lawrence and
he is accompanied by the returning Tom Russo they're gonna play live for us.
But check this out if you missed it earlier, or even if you didn't
miss it earlier, it's worth here and again. This is really good.
Adelpho is brand new from after the winter. Take care everyone,
