Speaker 2: Caitlin was with us today during the first hour of
Speaker 2: the show, so if you miss it, you definitely want
Speaker 2: to go back and give that a listen. Really enjoyed
Speaker 2: talking with her and I love her sound. And we
Speaker 2: have entered our number three Newmarrow trace of Matt Connorton Unleashed.
Speaker 2: For those of you listening live, it is a Saturday,
Speaker 2: February twenty one, twenty twenty six, and we are from
Speaker 2: the studios of WMNH ninety five point three FM and
Speaker 2: Glorious Chester, New Hampshire, the winter wonderland that it is.
Speaker 2: And of course you can stream the show from anywhere.
Speaker 2: Go to Matt connerton dot com, slash live for all
Speaker 2: of your live streaming options, social media links, contact info,
Speaker 2: show archives, et cetera, et cetera, and right now joining
Speaker 2: us here in studio, let's see there we go. We
Speaker 2: have g girls here.
Speaker 5: Yes, Hi, how you doing that?
Speaker 2: Yeah? Very well, very well. It's been also known as
Speaker 2: Jackie Brown of course on social media. We were talking
Speaker 2: off air, actually pull that, pull the mic down just
Speaker 2: a little bit. Yeah, yeah, that's probably good. We were
Speaker 2: talking off air. It's been like three Has it really
Speaker 2: been three years since you've been on with us?
Speaker 5: Yes? Three years?
Speaker 2: Definitely, my god, yeah, because I do remember the last
Speaker 2: time you were here. It was at the old when
Speaker 2: we were on Elm Street. Yes, at the old place.
Speaker 2: And so this is pretty nice, huh. You like the
Speaker 2: you like the new uh? Or well, it's been a
Speaker 2: couple of years now, but it's it's still it does
Speaker 2: still feel new.
Speaker 5: The only thing I miss is the signature on the
Speaker 5: wall right right.
Speaker 16: We could bring that back, something like maybe on a
Speaker 16: postal board or something like that or yeah, you never know,
Speaker 16: or like a banner or something that just have every
Speaker 16: every artist or someone that comes in here, your guests
Speaker 16: and sign on there.
Speaker 5: But I missed that.
Speaker 16: But otherwise this is a great location. Congratulations match for
Speaker 16: lessons on blessings. I known you for years, yes, like
Speaker 16: sixteen seventeen years, actually.
Speaker 2: More than that, Jesus, A time goes so quick.
Speaker 5: Two thousand and eight.
Speaker 2: Yeah, you notice as we get older, too, it goes
Speaker 2: faster and faster.
Speaker 5: Oh yeah, flash of eyes.
Speaker 2: Yeah, I find that element rather unpleasant. I would like
Speaker 2: time to slow down.
Speaker 6: Yeah.
Speaker 16: When you're a kid, you're like, oh, it takes so
Speaker 16: long to get Oh, I know, birthday and this and that,
Speaker 16: and nowadays.
Speaker 2: It's like when you're like when you're a kid, like
Speaker 2: when summer starts, it seems like it just lasts forever,
Speaker 2: you know it. But I know that. I mean a
Speaker 2: lot of it obviously is perception and it's psychological. But
Speaker 2: I did read something of a number of years ago
Speaker 2: that there's a theory that there might actually be something
Speaker 2: it's not just psychological, but there might literally be something
Speaker 2: neurochemical that happens in our brain as we get older
Speaker 2: that alters our perception of time.
Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I have to check that out.
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it, you know, might all be bs.
Speaker 2: Who knows.
Speaker 16: But well, I had four concussions, so I'm like nervous
Speaker 16: because all the doctors are scaring me. I just actually
Speaker 16: I got injured about a month ago.
Speaker 2: So oh, sorry to hear that. Yeah, why why have
Speaker 2: you had four concussions?
Speaker 16: Well, different reasons, car accidents. I got injured on the
Speaker 16: bus recently about January.
Speaker 2: Ninth, you got injured on a bus.
Speaker 5: Yeah, well, we.
Speaker 16: Can't really talk about it, but you know, I'm just
Speaker 16: saying I got injured really bad. Okay, and long story short,
Speaker 16: I've had four concussions, okay, and this was my fourth one.
Speaker 5: But I guess the more concussions you have, you can
Speaker 5: get that brain disease.
Speaker 2: Well boxes CTE.
Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, so I'm can you.
Speaker 2: Yeah we are. We are on an eight second delay,
Speaker 2: so if the worst happens, I can catch it.
Speaker 16: Okay, I'll try not, I'll be pleasant, thank you, welcome.
Speaker 16: But yeah, it's it's a scary situation because you know,
Speaker 16: you think of a concussion you hit, You've hailed from
Speaker 16: a different concussion, and then now it's like whoa, your
Speaker 16: brain is like delayed a little bit. I still have
Speaker 16: swelling and things like that. But it's crazy how life
Speaker 16: can change out of a second.
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, one hundred. So last night, because Friday nights,
Speaker 2: I'm here for Retrospectrum Radio with poly c and I'm
Speaker 2: one of the people on that show. And we also
Speaker 2: have a gentleman named Brooklyn Mike. I Brooklyn Mike. If
Speaker 2: you're listening, and uh, he was here, and he was
Speaker 2: very excited when we mentioned because Paul always gives me
Speaker 2: a chance to plug what the show is going to
Speaker 2: be Saturday morning. And he was very excited when I
Speaker 2: mentioned you were going to be on because he remembers you. Oh, yes,
Speaker 2: from your previous appearances on the show.
Speaker 16: Yes, tell him myself Hello, if you're tuning in, Hello
Speaker 16: to you. Too bad you're not here with us. But yeah,
Speaker 16: next time, we'll have to plan it out that you
Speaker 16: are on with Matt.
Speaker 2: That would be cool, That would be cool. Yeah, he's
Speaker 2: been on the show a few times recently. But I
Speaker 2: also so your show, the Icy Show. We should talked
Speaker 2: about that. And I'm not saying this to be funny.
Speaker 2: This is literally true. I had an epiphany this morning
Speaker 2: because it finally occurred to me. So I had never
Speaker 2: understood why you spell it the way you spell it.
Speaker 2: I see see why I never understood that. And it
Speaker 2: finally dawned on me this morning. And it happened while
Speaker 2: I'm looking at you. Your your name on messenger Jackie Brown,
Speaker 2: and I'm like, wait a minute, she spells Jackie with
Speaker 2: two seas. Yes, that has to be the reason. Yes,
Speaker 2: And it's been I don't know. I can't remember again,
Speaker 2: you know, talking about time and perception. I don't know
Speaker 2: how many years it's been now that you've been doing
Speaker 2: that show. Because it's all everything becomes a blur. But
Speaker 2: it finally occurred to me literally this morning. I was like, oh,
Speaker 2: I get it.
Speaker 16: Yes, Yes, And the reason why I have two seas
Speaker 16: it's because of my name and also because I own
Speaker 16: my show. Yeah, so somebody already had it Icy why
Speaker 16: So that's why I had to change it with the
Speaker 16: two seeds. Okay, I could have did it different ways,
Speaker 16: but that's the way I wanted to go with the Jackie. Yeah,
Speaker 16: shout out to DZ to give mass of house records.
Speaker 16: He gave me my name, so salute to him.
Speaker 5: Definitely.
Speaker 16: I got to give the shout outs definitely because that's
Speaker 16: the reason why and my show's been around.
Speaker 5: It will be eight years this June second.
Speaker 2: Eight years. Wow.
Speaker 16: Yes, and I've done over seven and twenty interviews local
Speaker 16: and international.
Speaker 5: Yep, I'm trying to be like you, Matt. You're my
Speaker 5: role model.
Speaker 2: Yeah, Jenny was on with you recently?
Speaker 16: Yes, Yes, she was on The Icy Show about a
Speaker 16: week and a half ago. And we talked about how,
Speaker 16: you know, with the insurance not paying for medicine when
Speaker 16: people need medicine and people are dying because they can't
Speaker 16: afford medicine. I was at someone's house in New York
Speaker 16: last week and she needed her insulin and you know,
Speaker 16: it's crazy because her sugar's going high and she can't
Speaker 16: get her insolent. And that was a different state, So
Speaker 16: every state is different. What's going on in this world
Speaker 16: with the difference with the medications and you know what
Speaker 16: you need to have, and you know, what about the
Speaker 16: people that have asthma? What about the people that have cancer?
Speaker 16: You know, that need to be on a medication for
Speaker 16: life and stuff and they can't afford it. And it's like,
Speaker 16: it's crazy, it's sad. It's sad, And I'm glad Jenny's doing.
Speaker 16: Shut out to Jenny if you're tuning in, definitely, because
Speaker 16: where I've seen her about two years ago to where
Speaker 16: she's at now, she looks amazing and I'm so proud
Speaker 16: of her, and I'm glad she finally found, you know,
Speaker 16: a cure for her. But she shouldn't have to be
Speaker 16: suffering like that.
Speaker 2: There's no cure. I mean, if you're talking about the complex. Sorry,
Speaker 2: complex pain complex regional pain syndrome. Sorry, there's no cure
Speaker 2: for that. So all she can all she can really
Speaker 2: do is manage it.
Speaker 16: But she is.
Speaker 2: But she is managing it. Well oh yeah, yeah, it's amazing. Yeah. Yeah,
Speaker 2: she doesn't let it stop her or slow her down
Speaker 2: or anything.
Speaker 5: Keep on doing those rallies out there.
Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely, Oh, stay safe, she's doing great things. And uh,
Speaker 2: she's gonna be going to to DC on Monday. And yeah,
Speaker 2: say travel, travel, She's doing a lot. Yeah, So tell
Speaker 2: us more about the show, because obviously, I mean, I
Speaker 2: I think you you probably interview people in the music
Speaker 2: industry more than anything, right.
Speaker 5: Yes, some business owners too.
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, well we'll tell us about like who are
Speaker 2: who are some of the people you've interviewed, and and
Speaker 2: and and why, like how do you how do you
Speaker 2: decide who you want to have on the show and
Speaker 2: all that.
Speaker 16: I try to give everybody an opportunity to be on
Speaker 16: my show, you know, I believe everybody deserves a chance
Speaker 16: to be on a show if they can. Yeah, And
Speaker 16: my show is for you to expand and meet other people.
Speaker 16: That's why it's local. International, started with seven people following me,
Speaker 16: and now I got a salute to everyone that follows me.
Speaker 16: My whole team with worldwide collaboration. I'm with Legal Mob Entertainment.
Speaker 16: And also you know I have my own assistance. I
Speaker 16: got Diamond and Red Ruby and also on my street teams.
Speaker 16: So you know, it's like I have to give them
Speaker 16: a shut out because if it wasn't for them to
Speaker 16: believe in me and keep on growing. And DJ Slimebugs
Speaker 16: my co hosts for Bible studies. We do Bible studies
Speaker 16: on Sunday for the children. It's just something. Little my
Speaker 16: son is the one that started with me being my
Speaker 16: co host and then we he did one hundred episodes.
Speaker 16: That was his promise to God when he got baptized,
Speaker 16: and I was thankful. I was hoping he would keep
Speaker 16: on going. But you know it's time consuming because he
Speaker 16: is to study and everything. But my pastor, Minister Thomas,
Speaker 16: doctor Minister Thomas, he believes in my son. He really
Speaker 16: thinks he could see my son being a minister or pastor.
Speaker 16: I don't know about that right now, but he's going
Speaker 16: through some things. But that's every teenager. You know, he'll
Speaker 16: be sixteen, sixteen, imagine that Matt. Remember when we were
Speaker 16: at your show when I found out I was pregnant
Speaker 16: with my son.
Speaker 2: We'll come back to that, yeah, yeah, because that is
Speaker 2: a story.
Speaker 16: That's a great story, and I always think about that.
Speaker 16: But my show is basically about everyone that has something
Speaker 16: positive going and even people that are in jailing and
Speaker 16: they're never coming home. They've been on my show too,
Speaker 16: and you know they they they said that they're innocent.
Speaker 16: You know, even though the trial is over, they're never
Speaker 16: coming home. And so you know, my show is to
Speaker 16: give everybody that chance. Like even I have another show
Speaker 16: that's going to be coming out Ice. It's icy show
Speaker 16: Lost Angels. It's about if you have a lost someone
Speaker 16: you lost and you didn't you know, when you're at
Speaker 16: the casket and you wish you could talk to that
Speaker 16: person or wish to really talk out loud instead of
Speaker 16: just sitting there and crying, and you know, you want
Speaker 16: that last closure. So my show was to have that
Speaker 16: last closure with that loved one that they lost. At start,
Speaker 16: it was it should have been out I did the
Speaker 16: first episode. I haven't seen you a lot, Matt. It's
Speaker 16: a lot to catch up with you, But I don't
Speaker 16: know de Z's brother passed away. Yeah, it was three
Speaker 16: years ago.
Speaker 5: And that was my brother.
Speaker 16: That was my ace, my everything, like he was my like.
Speaker 16: I cried for three hundred and sixty five days when
Speaker 16: he died, every single day, and he was the only
Speaker 16: one that believed in my show and believed in me
Speaker 16: even when he was behind bars, when he was in
Speaker 16: jail fighting for his life, and he would contact me
Speaker 16: to make sure that I keep on going. I don't
Speaker 16: have that motivation anymore. That's someone that really believes in me,
Speaker 16: like that you could trust on everything, your life on
Speaker 16: the line, you know, and it's hard to come around
Speaker 16: those type of people, real solid people. So that took
Speaker 16: me for a toll because I lost my female ace
Speaker 16: and my right my male ace. So that broke my
Speaker 16: heart in pieces. And I was actually going to stop
Speaker 16: my icy show, but I had people contacted me because
Speaker 16: I did a post saying that I was going to
Speaker 16: stop it, and they said, no, you got to keep
Speaker 16: on going no matter what you're going through. And you know,
Speaker 16: I could keep on hearing him say to me, gee, girl,
Speaker 16: you better not give up. If you give up, like
Speaker 16: he's motivating me on things that like, you know, I
Speaker 16: done for people, but to really have it back with
Speaker 16: real love and showing that they're out to help you succeed,
Speaker 16: not out for themselves.
Speaker 5: That's real.
Speaker 16: Rear to find those type of people. And that's why
Speaker 16: I went to go see him in jail.
Speaker 5: I went to I bailed him out. You know, he
Speaker 5: lived with me.
Speaker 16: He's a good, solid person that had my back no
Speaker 16: matter what I was going through divorce, crying on the
Speaker 16: shoulder when nobody was there. You know, like yeah, real, real,
Speaker 16: real life stuff. But not to have that anymore, I
Speaker 16: needed to come out with the show.
Speaker 5: I feel like.
Speaker 16: For my two aces, because I know there's a lot
Speaker 16: of people out there that have lost a lot of
Speaker 16: people and they're getting younger and younger, and I want
Speaker 16: my platform to be for them to release that. But
Speaker 16: I wasn't strong enough because my show came out right
Speaker 16: before my brother died. I did his mother's She lost
Speaker 16: two of her children, one to that was my brother
Speaker 16: and the other one was too. Her daughter got stabbed,
Speaker 16: so she talked about it on my show, so I
Speaker 16: made that's my aunt. So I made her the first
Speaker 16: episode because she told me I should do something like that,
Speaker 16: and I was like, you know what, I'm going to.
Speaker 16: But then when I lost my brother, I was numb
Speaker 16: for three hundred and sixty five days, like I didn't
Speaker 16: know if I was coming or going, and going through
Speaker 16: a lot of stuff. But I kept my show going
Speaker 16: because I kept hearing him say it. And that's why
Speaker 16: with that new show, it's dedicating for people that lost
Speaker 16: the loved ones. So that will be coming out soon
Speaker 16: and then the Icy show. It's here to stay as
Speaker 16: long as I keep on having people on the show,
Speaker 16: artists and things like that. Like tomorrow we have a
Speaker 16: music show I'm a Judge. It's in Tat Massachusetts, will
Speaker 16: come out. It's at eight pm. It's ten dollars to
Speaker 16: get in. Show it to loud House that put it together.
Speaker 16: So yeah, it's just you know, keep on growing, Matt.
Speaker 16: That's what it is about it. And you know, life
Speaker 16: it's splash in my eyes, so we have to keep
Speaker 16: on doing what we want.
Speaker 5: And like the acting.
Speaker 16: You know, I remember coming on your show when we
Speaker 16: had the red carpet event. Yeah, so I've done a
Speaker 16: lot more acting, different movie clips. I was in Detroit
Speaker 16: and a couple of things. So wow, Yeah, I like
Speaker 16: the acting. So if you need an actress let me
Speaker 16: know on a.
Speaker 5: Short film or something. I'm definitely that I feel like
Speaker 5: that's my passion.
Speaker 2: Oh really yeah, okay interesting.
Speaker 5: Yeah I never thought that, but yeah, yeah, definitely.
Speaker 2: There's something really interesting you mentioned about interviewing people who
Speaker 2: are in prison who are not getting out, they're not
Speaker 2: coming at home. How do how does that work logistically?
Speaker 6: Like?
Speaker 2: Is that is that challenging to set that up where
Speaker 2: they're gonna be I assume they're going to be on
Speaker 2: a phone talking to you, like, how did how does
Speaker 2: is that hard to work out?
Speaker 16: Well, they have a they have laptops, some have cell phones. Yeah,
Speaker 16: it's all different, but yeah, I mean they they were
Speaker 16: showing me stuff on the interview that was crazy, like
Speaker 16: they could pop their just sell like that. So they
Speaker 16: were showing things that the world isn't aware of about
Speaker 16: things that are happening in prisons, and they showed it.
Speaker 16: It was live on the show, and it's like, I
Speaker 16: wasn't expecting that, And I even said, whatever happens on
Speaker 16: this episode, I'm not responsible. I didn't know, you know,
Speaker 16: these lifers not coming home, and so it's like they
Speaker 16: don't even get an opportunity. They were saying people that
Speaker 16: their family is supposed to write to them or show
Speaker 16: or put canteen. They don't even so they have to
Speaker 16: figure out a way inside to survive. And it's sad,
Speaker 16: and you know, you think about I've seen something about
Speaker 16: the news yesterday about cancer is rising in the jails,
Speaker 16: and then you think about it.
Speaker 5: It's the food.
Speaker 16: The food is not healthy, and I don't understand why
Speaker 16: they don't turn around and make like it's simple. You know,
Speaker 16: we have indoor greenhouses. Make it in every single jail.
Speaker 16: Make it a job for one of the prisoners. Then
Speaker 16: it's money being you know, circulated, and they're maintaining it,
Speaker 16: and you know it's healthier for them. I guarantee the
Speaker 16: cancer will go down. I'm not a medical doctor, but
Speaker 16: I feel in my heart, just like the school lunches,
Speaker 16: if you switch it to healthiness or healthier per se
Speaker 16: what your the ingredients are not artificial. I feel in
Speaker 16: my heart old school, like my grandmother taught me, old
Speaker 16: school ways are better, less.
Speaker 5: Ingredients, you're using natural herbs, you're not prosper.
Speaker 16: Every process process, everything's processed. And I didn't even know
Speaker 16: when I was growing up. I'll be forty eight in June.
Speaker 16: I never even knew when I was growing up. You know,
Speaker 16: look on the ingredients, look on this. They don't teach
Speaker 16: you that I was going to school. And it's like, okay,
Speaker 16: that should be part of help. That should be part
Speaker 16: of schools. That should be MANATARB to show them or homec.
Speaker 5: You know how you're learning.
Speaker 16: About measuring things like that, that's perfect. Have it half
Speaker 16: of a year of cooking and half of a year
Speaker 16: learning about you know, what is this process? What it
Speaker 16: is this chemical that is going into you and studying
Speaker 16: it and I guarantee these it will make them open
Speaker 16: their eye a little bit more.
Speaker 2: There's something I've always this is an unpopular opinion, but
Speaker 2: I've always felt that there's something deeply wrong in a
Speaker 2: on a societal level with us because you know, and
Speaker 2: and you know, RFK talks about you know, processed foods
Speaker 2: and how it hurts. And don't get me wrong, I
Speaker 2: think RFK overall is a lunatic. But I think the
Speaker 2: one thing he does get right where he doesn't sound
Speaker 2: completely insane is when he talks about processed food and
Speaker 2: how how much harm that's causing uh to to to people.
Speaker 2: And you know, but the the thing that I I
Speaker 2: don't understand is why. You know, almost almost right out
Speaker 2: of the shoot, when you're born, you've got all these
Speaker 2: people around you who allegedly love you, who are trying
Speaker 2: to shove as much fat and cholesterol and and sugar,
Speaker 2: which is you know, white sugar, which is poison into you.
Speaker 2: You know, almost almost immediately like you learn, like like
Speaker 2: you're taught again by these people who are supposed to
Speaker 2: be looking out for you. You're taught to like and
Speaker 2: enjoy the worst possible stuff for you. Oh, a birthday party,
Speaker 2: We gotta have some cake. Oh you want to treat yeah?
Speaker 2: Or here, have a cupcake. You know, it's it's weird.
Speaker 2: It it doesn't make any logical sense. And yet and
Speaker 2: you know, and then people are confused, like, well, oh why,
Speaker 2: you know, why is obese toy such a problem. Why
Speaker 2: why is it that with every generation we have higher
Speaker 2: and higher rates of diabetes? Because this is just this
Speaker 2: weird thing in our culture, and I'm sure it exists
Speaker 2: in other countries as well. But it's like like almost
Speaker 2: from the day, like nobody has a chance because almost
Speaker 2: from the moment you're brought into the world, you are
Speaker 2: taught to enjoy things that are going to slowly kill you. Right,
Speaker 2: It's it's so bizarre. I don't know why we do it,
Speaker 2: but we do.
Speaker 5: Yes, so true, so true. It is true because I'm
Speaker 5: about when it comes to a birthday, you have to
Speaker 5: have a cake. That's just right then.
Speaker 2: Well, yeah, you're taught that right from when you're little. Yeah.
Speaker 5: Well when I was little, some birthdays I didn't even
Speaker 5: have a cake.
Speaker 16: So I made sure anybody that I know that, if
Speaker 16: I rock with you, I'm making sure if it's your birthday,
Speaker 16: if I can make it. Lately, I've been working a lot.
Speaker 16: It's been crazy, but yeah, ah, cake is important. I
Speaker 16: feel like when you get to blow that candle out,
Speaker 16: it's different. It's like you're relieving your your past year
Speaker 16: to a new beginning, sure for your life, if it
Speaker 16: makes sense.
Speaker 5: A little confused, but no, no, you got no.
Speaker 2: I totally get that. But wouldn't it be nice to
Speaker 2: put that candle on top of a healthy snack?
Speaker 12: Oh?
Speaker 5: Yeah, even salad? I don't.
Speaker 2: I don't.
Speaker 5: I don't rock on it like I definitely do. Like
Speaker 5: if I do a kid's birthday party and stuff, I
Speaker 5: do have fruit salad, reckless.
Speaker 2: Salad maybe a protein bar. You could shove the camel
Speaker 2: into the protein bar if it's soft enough.
Speaker 16: You know, yeah, definitely, there's nothing wrong with that. I
Speaker 16: feel anything, or even a yogurt putting on.
Speaker 2: Ooh, I like that idea.
Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, add some oats on top.
Speaker 2: Get that protein and yeah, absolutely, yeah, absolutely yeah. So
Speaker 2: that's that's my my rant on that. All right, we
Speaker 2: need to talk about how you found out, well, sort of,
Speaker 2: it depends.
Speaker 16: On what I did. I found out I was pregnant
Speaker 16: with my son. It will be June will be, he'll
Speaker 16: be sixteen years old. But having a big party, you
Speaker 16: don't forget. Don't forget.
Speaker 2: So so back how many oh god, how many years ago?
Speaker 2: Now it's so long ago, fifteen and a half. So
Speaker 2: at the time, a little little time travel here a
Speaker 2: little and some people already some of our listeners already
Speaker 2: know this story. But so at that time, so we
Speaker 2: were at what was at that time Millie's Tavern. Yes, yes, show,
Speaker 2: doing a show. We had a show there, your partner
Speaker 2: de Z the Gift. Were you married at that point?
Speaker 5: Yeah, my ex husband yes.
Speaker 2: Okay, I couldn't remember if you were married yet. He
Speaker 2: was there. He was part of the show. You were
Speaker 2: part of the show somehow, right, were you on stage
Speaker 2: at some point?
Speaker 16: Yes, well, actually Norm called me to the stage. Oh right, right, okay,
Speaker 16: he says, I have something to tell you guys.
Speaker 2: Right. So Norm Moody who I was his co host
Speaker 2: on a show called Norman Friends that we did right
Speaker 2: here in Manchester on Channel twenty three at the time
Speaker 2: for eight years. So for anyone who doesn't know, so
Speaker 2: Norm was a psychic and my role on the show
Speaker 2: kind of evolved a little bit, but basically I was
Speaker 2: like the skeptical, sarcastic, smart ass sidekick, you know. I was.
Speaker 2: I was off in the fly and the ointment and
Speaker 2: you know, trying to not derail everything. But but I
Speaker 2: was kinda when I was a little I was kind
Speaker 2: of a menace in some ways, you know. And I
Speaker 2: was I was just colost for eight years. But we
Speaker 2: would do events outside of that, and so he was.
Speaker 2: I don't remember if it was like officially like a
Speaker 2: Norman Friend's event that we were doing, I don't remember.
Speaker 2: I just remember Norm was involved. There were musicians involved.
Speaker 2: You and d Z were a part of the show.
Speaker 2: And and yes, so that night Norm told did he
Speaker 2: I can't remember though, did he did he tell you
Speaker 2: on stage in front of everyone?
Speaker 16: Yes, he actually called me to the stage and I'm
Speaker 16: like no, because I wasn't feeling good that night.
Speaker 2: Yeah, I was moody.
Speaker 5: Yeah, I was just I.
Speaker 16: Wasn't feeling it. I didn't even want to go to
Speaker 16: the show. I just was I felt nauseous. Yeah, smells
Speaker 16: would bother me, and I'm like, maybe.
Speaker 5: I'm getting sick. But I went because to support him.
Speaker 2: Yeah, And.
Speaker 16: He went to the stage and then Norm called me
Speaker 16: to the stage and then he's like, you need to
Speaker 16: come up here.
Speaker 5: I need to tell you.
Speaker 16: Something to both of you, to me and e Z.
Speaker 16: And I'm like, I'm looking at d Z. I'm like, damn,
Speaker 16: he cheated on me and I'm about.
Speaker 5: To get told them.
Speaker 2: That's what I thought.
Speaker 16: Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I'm like, I'm it's
Speaker 16: gonna be a we're gonna rumble on it. We're gonna
Speaker 16: get it all, we get to crack it. But that
Speaker 16: was a situation.
Speaker 5: It's like, so how far along are you? And I'm
Speaker 5: like what, It's like, how far along are you? And
Speaker 5: you haven't not one, but you haven't two. And I'm
Speaker 5: looking at the z. I'm like, is this a prank?
Speaker 16: Because like, I know my body, but damn am I pregnant?
Speaker 16: Because I was just complaining to him on the way
Speaker 16: that I wasn't feeling good. So we're on the stage,
Speaker 16: I'm not feeling good. I feel like I'm gonna get
Speaker 16: I'm like, is this true or not? I'm like, I
Speaker 16: don't think so, and he's like, no, I'm serious. Norm
Speaker 16: kept saying that and he's like, you're gonna call me
Speaker 16: in a couple of days and you're gonna tell me
Speaker 16: that you're expected.
Speaker 5: So I went home.
Speaker 16: We're going home, and I'm like, do you think that's true?
Speaker 16: And I don't know, So I'm like, let's stop. So
Speaker 16: I got a test the next day and I'm like, oh,
Speaker 16: I called D. I'm like, D come here, come here,
Speaker 16: and he comes running in. I'm like, look at this.
Speaker 16: I was like, I gotta do another one because I
Speaker 16: bought a couple of them.
Speaker 5: I did it. I think two or three of them
Speaker 5: are all positive.
Speaker 16: I'm like, oh no, I'm I'm gonna call Matt right
Speaker 16: now and let him know that Norm was on point.
Speaker 16: And then the story gets even more crazy. So my
Speaker 16: son is a twin I lost my daughter. She was
Speaker 16: four months four months when I was pregnant, and when
Speaker 16: h we did the ultrasound and they're saying twins and
Speaker 16: I'm like, no way, So I screenshot it. I think
Speaker 16: I even sent it to you as I send this
Speaker 16: to Norm please, yeah, to let him know that he
Speaker 16: is on point.
Speaker 5: Yeah, so yeah, he's how is he Well, he's dead,
Speaker 5: passed away.
Speaker 2: He passed away yeah, oh wow, yeah, yeah, he's been
Speaker 2: gone a few years now. Yeah. Wow.
Speaker 5: He was a good guy.
Speaker 2: He was Yeah, he you know, he'd had various health issues,
Speaker 2: so it was in some ways it was not necessarily
Speaker 2: a big surprise, but you know, and I hadn't been
Speaker 2: on the show with him for you know, several years,
Speaker 2: quite a few years at that point, so when he
Speaker 2: did pass away, so I wasn't, you know, up to
Speaker 2: speed on what was going on necessarily. But but yeah, yeah,
Speaker 2: so he is, uh he has he has left us.
Speaker 2: But but yeah, that is a that's a great story though, Yes.
Speaker 16: Yes, definitely not every time I see you or Jenny,
Speaker 16: I always think of about that story because it's like,
Speaker 16: you know, oh, it's good memories.
Speaker 2: Yeah, and I remember too, and being pretty certain about
Speaker 2: it oh yeah, he.
Speaker 5: Was precise right on top.
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, right on.
Speaker 5: He knew before I did.
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, were you? Were you skeptical like going into that,
Speaker 2: like I don't know what your your feelings are generally
Speaker 2: about psychics and all of that. Like I'm a natural skeptic,
Speaker 2: but I don't know what your your feelings are.
Speaker 16: I actually like psychics. I feel like it could be
Speaker 16: a guide, that angel coming through the persons. Yeah, tell
Speaker 16: him something. Yeah, because I've had a psychic contact me
Speaker 16: in the middle of the night when my brother passed away,
Speaker 16: and she said he was going back and forth and
Speaker 16: she said she kept she was a.
Speaker 5: Media and a psychic medium medium.
Speaker 16: Yes, and she said that she called me at eleven
Speaker 16: o'clock a night. I never answered when people will call
Speaker 16: on me on my messenger and I'm like, is this
Speaker 16: a stark girl, because I've had it happen like crazy stuff.
Speaker 16: And I'm like nah, And then she's like, Jackie, I
Speaker 16: need to talk to you. She's like, you don't know me,
Speaker 16: but someone that is just passed is trying to cross
Speaker 16: over and they's stock they need to I need you
Speaker 16: to contact wow. And I'm like, Okay, is this lady
Speaker 16: really playing with me because you know social media, you
Speaker 16: look at a picture, you just assume something like I'm
Speaker 16: not stupid. So long story short, I answered her and
Speaker 16: she goes, Jackie. I have three Jackies in my in
Speaker 16: my friend's list, and I have this person that's a male,
Speaker 16: dark skin. He's trying to cross over and he wants to.
Speaker 16: He wants to he needs to talk to you, and
Speaker 16: I'm like, it's my brother. Like it's my brother. I
Speaker 16: was like, oh my god. I started crying my eyes
Speaker 16: out and I'm like, okay. So this was probably like
Speaker 16: six months after he pass and you know, I felt
Speaker 16: like when he crossed, when he passed, he didn't cross.
Speaker 16: I felt that, Yeah, just something I go to a
Speaker 16: cemetery live it was. It's just I take care of it.
Speaker 5: Yeah, So I don't know.
Speaker 16: I just felt that and people thought I was crazy
Speaker 16: and stuff. But when she contacted me, I knew I
Speaker 16: was right. And he was talking about how he passed.
Speaker 16: He he he said I was right, like my feeling
Speaker 16: about it and stuff like that, and he kept saying,
Speaker 16: drink lots of water, take care of your health.
Speaker 5: That's something he would always say.
Speaker 16: Yeah, And I said okay, because he used to work
Speaker 16: out and drink water every day, so he would like
Speaker 16: motivate me, and then he'd be he started going to
Speaker 16: debt Because I'm like, is this lady really serious?
Speaker 5: I'm like, what else do you see?
Speaker 16: He's like, well, I don't know how long he's gonna
Speaker 16: be here for, but I just want as long as
Speaker 16: he's here to talk.
Speaker 5: He has a lot of information to tell you.
Speaker 16: So he was just going in and in and he
Speaker 16: was talking about our old memories together and I'm like,
Speaker 16: oh my god, this is really him. And the crazy
Speaker 16: thing is he's like, I come to your room every night.
Speaker 16: That's what he was saying to her. Like he was
Speaker 16: just saying like a whole bunch of stuff to me,
Speaker 16: and I'm like, this is overwhelming. He's like, I appreciate
Speaker 16: you going to the cemetery cleaning and up. He's saying
Speaker 16: that to me and everything. So I was like, oh, wow,
Speaker 16: that's that's that's that's like. I felt grateful because I
Speaker 16: felt like he's talking to me. And then he brought
Speaker 16: up about my show. You know how I was telling
Speaker 16: you I was going to stop my show and he's like,
Speaker 16: you better not stop your show. He's like that he
Speaker 16: was telling me that, so, you know, he was just
Speaker 16: saying a lot of stuff and she was on point.
Speaker 16: She was on point, like I said, what's my favorite color?
Speaker 16: Because at first, like I I'm not, I'm like, what's
Speaker 16: my favorite color? And he's like blue, and I was
Speaker 16: like okay. I was like, say some crazy stuff what
Speaker 16: we did together, and he said some crazy stuff like
Speaker 16: he wasn't saying in like full sentences, but he was
Speaker 16: saying it like I would understand. So I was like, dang,
Speaker 16: he's really like really here. He was there for three
Speaker 16: and a half hours talking to me. It was like
Speaker 16: three o'clock in the morning. When she's like he's gone,
Speaker 16: and I was like wait because we were in the
Speaker 16: middle of a sentence and she goes, just no, he
Speaker 16: crossed over. It's gonna make me cry, but he crossed over,
Speaker 16: and I was with him and knowing that he's my ace,
Speaker 16: and like he went over, like I felt relieved, but
Speaker 16: also like that's what was I was feeling when I
Speaker 16: was going to the cemetery. You know what I'm saying,
Speaker 16: Like I knew what I was feeling that he didn't
Speaker 16: have that closure, you know, and I seen him like
Speaker 16: a week before he passed. I was looking for him
Speaker 16: when he was missing and stuff like I was on.
Speaker 16: It felt sick to me because I seen crows go by.
Speaker 5: I was like, he's dead. And I was like I
Speaker 5: was spasing on everybody. I was not find my brother.
Speaker 5: Find my brother.
Speaker 16: I was like, I don't want to hear it. And
Speaker 16: then when I got that call he got shot in
Speaker 16: the head. Oh my god, Oh my god, Like I
Speaker 16: wanted to lose. I started flipping. I had so much anger,
Speaker 16: Like anger.
Speaker 2: But did you did you know before you got the call?
Speaker 2: Like did you feel it?
Speaker 16: I knew he passed, but the thing was it was
Speaker 16: his mom's birthday. And then when his mom's birthday, she
Speaker 16: called me and she's like, have you seen him? And
Speaker 16: I was like, no, I haven't seen him. I seen
Speaker 16: I thought you had a picture with him. She's like yeah,
Speaker 16: but no one's seen him for twenty four hours. I'm like,
Speaker 16: that's not like him. So I started making calls. I'm like,
Speaker 16: that's not like him. I'm like, we're like, I'm calling
Speaker 16: his phone, that's ringing and ringing. I was like, get
Speaker 16: his phone, get his phone, ping to find out where
Speaker 16: it where he's where his phone is? Trace that and
Speaker 16: I said that to the mom, and you know, I
Speaker 16: was kind of like hostile with but I felt it.
Speaker 16: I felt like, that's my ace, that's my everything, and
Speaker 16: you're gone. Like I felt it because I was at
Speaker 16: the beach. I went to the beach that morning and
Speaker 16: I seen the crows go by, and when I seen that,
Speaker 16: I threw up. And then when I threw up, I
Speaker 16: was like someone died. And the person I was with,
Speaker 16: they're like, no, that's just you're just saying. I was like, no,
Speaker 16: when I get like this, someone died, I feel it
Speaker 16: inside me and my soul is empty, like it's weird.
Speaker 5: Like I could see.
Speaker 16: Psychic things like little things, and I seen I seen
Speaker 16: woods and I kept seeing woods like a vision, and
Speaker 16: I'm like, someone's dead in the woods. I'm like, something's
Speaker 16: not right. And then his mom called me right when
Speaker 16: those crows were going by. I was like, traces my phone.
Speaker 16: I'm gonna be on the I'm getting a car, I'm
Speaker 16: going to look for him. I'm gonna find him. I'm
Speaker 16: gonna find him. And she's like, oh, don't don't panic
Speaker 16: too much. I'm like, no, it's been twenty four hours.
Speaker 16: Someone nobody's seen him. I was like, it's not right
Speaker 16: because I already seen what was happening. Yeah, So I
Speaker 16: turned around, I got the car. My girl was driving me.
Speaker 5: It pinged to me.
Speaker 16: Interested in the Hampshire where we're at ninety five point
Speaker 16: three FM. We're out here with Matt Connaughty s out
Speaker 16: to Matt. But it pinged out here, but it was
Speaker 16: all woods and his mom sent me the address I'm going.
Speaker 16: So my girl came to gribbed me. My godson's mom king.
Speaker 16: She picked me up and we went to the woods.
Speaker 16: We're heading into the woods and I'm like some like,
Speaker 16: I just something wasn't sitting right. I'm five minutes from
Speaker 16: the woods, and I said, I feel like he's dead.
Speaker 16: I smelled blood and I was like, he's dead. And
Speaker 16: I got that call and his mom is telling me
Speaker 16: he's dead. She's like, get to Lynn, immediately, get to Linn.
Speaker 16: Get to the house. Oh shoot. I was like, flip
Speaker 16: the car around because we're out here. Lynn is what
Speaker 16: hour and a half from here?
Speaker 2: From here on probably an hour.
Speaker 16: Yeah, So I'm like, oh, I have my friend. I'm
Speaker 16: like I'm gonna I'm gonna take a car. I need
Speaker 16: someone's car.
Speaker 5: I need to be mobile. I need to be done
Speaker 5: in it.
Speaker 16: My girl gave me her car. I shot over there.
Speaker 16: I was like, this is a horror movie. I seen
Speaker 16: the ye I can't even get to the street. I
Speaker 16: see cop cars everywhere, the yellow tape. They blocked the
Speaker 16: whole street, Layton Street off and I'm like, oh man,
Speaker 16: this is nuts.
Speaker 5: This is nuts.
Speaker 16: Like I need to get over there. That's my family,
Speaker 16: that's my aunt's house, you know. So I'm like, what
Speaker 16: the heck's going on? I turn around, I get to.
Speaker 5: Stop a shop.
Speaker 16: I'm gonna I'm gonna leave the car and I'm gonna run.
Speaker 16: I'm gonna run over to where they're at. It's like
Speaker 16: maybe five streets away. So I get to the car,
Speaker 16: I mean to the the parking lot where stopping shop is,
Speaker 16: and I see the the body go by, and I
Speaker 16: was like, damn, that's my brother. But I felt like
Speaker 16: it was him saying goodbye to me because it was
Speaker 16: me and his one on one for him to go by,
Speaker 16: and how all of it. I kept spending the block
Speaker 16: for forty five minutes, so I felt like it was
Speaker 16: him delaying to see him, you know what I mean.
Speaker 16: But that didn't stop me. I went to the where
Speaker 16: he was and I didn't know that they don't clean up.
Speaker 16: I almost fainted, flipping, flipping, But it's like, you know,
Speaker 16: that's my brother forever. And everyone could say, oh, he's
Speaker 16: different skin tone, but you don't.
Speaker 5: Know what we've been through. Like he was the one
Speaker 5: that was solid for me.
Speaker 16: If I needed to cry about breaking up with his brother,
Speaker 16: about the divorce and things like that, that was the
Speaker 16: one I could go to and trust on everything, on everything,
Speaker 16: because that's my son's godfather and uncle, you know what
Speaker 16: I mean.
Speaker 5: So it's like family, family, but you don't know when
Speaker 5: life is gonna be tossed.
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, exactly.
Speaker 16: And it's like people need to appreciate life, not take
Speaker 16: life for granted. I don't have time for hating. I
Speaker 16: don't have time for being jealous of someone. We need
Speaker 16: to unite, We need to come together. We need to
Speaker 16: be together and fight for our life right now because
Speaker 16: everything was a turmoil and it's like, you know, our
Speaker 16: children need a life for the future, and if we
Speaker 16: don't make it better for them, what life are they
Speaker 16: going to have?
Speaker 5: Right It's just a turmoil.
Speaker 16: Yeah, I mean, like I said, well, we used to
Speaker 16: leave the doors unlocked, your neighbor you could trust and
Speaker 16: things like that. Now you gotta double up, locked everything,
Speaker 16: check everything.
Speaker 5: It's crazy.
Speaker 2: The reason, by the way, so uh, the reason I
Speaker 2: asked you about did you did you feel like you
Speaker 2: felt him leave?
Speaker 12: You know?
Speaker 2: Is because this relates to someone you've met but who
Speaker 2: is no longer with us. Do you remember Steve Blake?
Speaker 5: Why that sound familiar?
Speaker 2: So you and de Z were on his podcast. This
Speaker 2: was a lot. This would have been around the same
Speaker 2: time you would come up to Manchester. We we were
Speaker 2: doing his podcast at a diner.
Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I remember that. Yeah, he passed away.
Speaker 2: He passed away. Yeah, he's been He's actually been gone
Speaker 2: for for quite a while now. But but so I
Speaker 2: will just because it I don't know, it feels like
Speaker 2: the moment to do it, I guess because we're talking
Speaker 2: about it and it's someone you know or knew. I
Speaker 2: know you didn't meet him, you didn't him very well,
Speaker 2: but you probably met him a few times because he
Speaker 2: was always around. Yes, but Steve, So there was a
Speaker 2: night remember remember Styling Souls. We used to do events
Speaker 2: there and I did hypnosis there. So there was a
Speaker 2: night that I was there after a a hypnosis session
Speaker 2: with somebody, and I'm there at the computer and I'm
Speaker 2: just doing whatever I was doing. And I've never this
Speaker 2: is something. Not only have I never shared this publicly,
Speaker 2: I've never told anyone this. I've never told anyone this.
Speaker 2: I'm sitting there. It was probably I don't know, around
Speaker 2: eight thirty nine o'clock at night, I'm kind of getting
Speaker 2: ready to go home, and all of a sudden, I
Speaker 2: just felt I felt very heavy, like I felt this
Speaker 2: enormous loss, and I actually started crying, like really crying,
Speaker 2: and I'm not a crier, and I had no idea
Speaker 2: what was happening to me. I don't know, you know,
Speaker 2: And It'll lasted a few minutes, but I just felt
Speaker 2: like this enormous sense of loss all of a sudden,
Speaker 2: and I was crying, and it was very very strange.
Speaker 2: Hasn't nothing. I haven't experienced anything quite like that since.
Speaker 2: But yeah, it was just odd. And then when I
Speaker 2: was done and I pulled myself together for you know,
Speaker 2: whatever reason this was happening to me, you know, I
Speaker 2: went home and whatnot. And then first thing in the
Speaker 2: morning the next day, I get a call and it's Esther,
Speaker 2: who was Steve's wife.
Speaker 12: Wow.
Speaker 2: And as soon as I heard her voice on the phone,
Speaker 2: I knew, Like before she even told me, I knew,
Speaker 2: and I now looking back on it, you know, look,
Speaker 2: I'm not one of these people who says, oh, there
Speaker 2: are you know, no coincidences. Of course there are coincidences.
Speaker 2: But but she told me, you know, because I asked,
Speaker 2: I said, well, when did he pass? She said, you know,
Speaker 2: she was vague about the time, but she said, last night.
Speaker 2: I found him. Last night. He was he was unconscious.
Speaker 2: And I've just always kind of thought, because I don't
Speaker 2: know how else to explain what I was experiencing, it
Speaker 2: just seemed to me, I think I felt him leave.
Speaker 16: Yeah, and I felt that when I see the crows,
Speaker 16: I just didn't know who it was precise died. Yeah,
Speaker 16: And I lost my aunt prior to that, my grandmother
Speaker 16: and my ace. Like I said in many like Rest
Speaker 16: of Soul, Legend King og Don Hazel, he was the
Speaker 16: director of the movie he passed away, then legend La La,
Speaker 16: that's the lady I go in Don Hazel against the movie.
Speaker 5: I go against her in the movie, Oh Okay.
Speaker 16: He passed away one year after Don haesel So it's
Speaker 16: like all these funerals, I can't even hear from one,
Speaker 16: and it's just getting hit. I got hit with like
Speaker 16: eleven in two years, and they were all close to me,
Speaker 16: and my heart was like ripped this way, ripped this way,
Speaker 16: ripped this way, and it's like my brothers. Though in
Speaker 16: my other ace Keana restaursoul angelized. I felt those two
Speaker 16: when I say I felt it my Quanna, that's my godson's.
Speaker 5: Mother. I was actually supposed to be due on her.
Speaker 16: My son was supposed to be due on my birthday,
Speaker 16: but I wanted to be selfish June nineteenth.
Speaker 5: It's a holiday now, baby, but.
Speaker 16: My son was supposed to be do We were both
Speaker 16: pregnant at the same time, our whole pregnancies, and we
Speaker 16: both found out we're having a boy.
Speaker 5: We were a static and long story short, when she passed.
Speaker 5: I felt it. I seen it. I had a dream.
Speaker 5: I had a dream she was in a ballroom.
Speaker 16: All in beige dressed beige shirt and she was in
Speaker 16: a big ballroom, makeup, looking beautiful, dancing.
Speaker 5: And I got that call when I was having that dream,
Speaker 5: and I felt so sick. I started yelling the grandmother.
Speaker 2: I was like no, my aunt.
Speaker 5: I was like, no, I was just wear her last night.
Speaker 5: There's no way, no way. And she's like, no, it's true.
Speaker 5: You need to get over here. Everyone's over here, the cops.
Speaker 5: I'm like what. I'm like, no, I what time is it?
Speaker 5: I was like lost, like I just dreamt of her.
Speaker 16: There's no way. I'm like, there's no way on my fine,
Speaker 16: my ace. And you know, I had to clean up
Speaker 16: the blood on her bed because it's my godson's room.
Speaker 16: Nobody wanted to do it, and I'm like I'm not
Speaker 16: I'm not gonna leave it. I gotta clean it, you
Speaker 16: know what I mean. So everyone's like put gloves on,
Speaker 16: put this mask, and I was like, no, I'm not
Speaker 16: gonna do that. That's my best friend. Like and I
Speaker 16: didn't even think to put loves or anything because that's
Speaker 16: my best friend. To know that that's her blood leg oh,
Speaker 16: you know. So it's like visions I seen.
Speaker 5: That's it. And when I seen her the night before,
Speaker 5: that feeling I got, like when we go like this
Speaker 5: to each other, and I got a feeling I was
Speaker 5: never going to see her again. I felt it.
Speaker 16: I felt it, and if I ever get that feeling,
Speaker 16: I got it with my brother and I ran back
Speaker 16: to him to give him a hug and a kiss
Speaker 16: because I got that failing that I'll never see them again.
Speaker 16: And when I get that feeling, that's why I always say,
Speaker 16: when you love somebody, you have to say I love
Speaker 16: you to them and give hugs and be affectionate, because
Speaker 16: you know, know today's not promise, never mind tomorrow, and
Speaker 16: that's very important. No matter like suicide is such a high.
Speaker 16: We just lost lost that raper. He was twenty something
Speaker 16: years old this week. And you know, it's okay to
Speaker 16: get help. If you ever feel like you want to
Speaker 16: hurt yourself or you want to harm someone, it's okay,
Speaker 16: get the help first before you do it, because your
Speaker 16: family is going to suffer tremendously. And if you hurt
Speaker 16: somebody or kill somebody, it's going to hurt two families,
Speaker 16: not one, but two, your family and their family. So
Speaker 16: it's important because people don't understand that that you know,
Speaker 16: retaliation or whatever the case may be, is no, that's
Speaker 16: not the way, and we need to reach out to
Speaker 16: this younger, younger generation.
Speaker 5: The youth needs us.
Speaker 16: They're lost for sauce, very lost for sauce. You know,
Speaker 16: we got to start getting them back how we were
Speaker 16: growing up and unite and with everyone, because now it's
Speaker 16: not about unite. You know, it's different cultures, different gangs,
Speaker 16: different society, society, and you need to unite. Everybody needs
Speaker 16: to unite and come together. That's that, that's what we
Speaker 16: need to do. We need to keep praying. I say,
Speaker 16: keep your prayer, peace up, prayers up, positive, and that's
Speaker 16: what we need to do.
Speaker 2: Well, very well said. So we are. We are rapidly
Speaker 2: running out of time. It goes so quickly.
Speaker 5: Wow, we did. We managed a lot of stuff making
Speaker 5: I feel accomplished, and I.
Speaker 2: Knew we would, but I do want to make sure
Speaker 2: so before we run out of time. The Icy Show.
Speaker 2: We want to remind people about that. Where to find
Speaker 2: it when it's I don't know if you're on any
Speaker 2: kind of a set schedule or if it's just it's
Speaker 2: on when it's on, or.
Speaker 16: I got you mate, so you can check me on
Speaker 16: my podcast The Icy Show. Uh, it is local internationally.
Speaker 16: It is at six pm Easter time. It's I try
Speaker 16: to be on daily, but you know, sometimes with life
Speaker 16: and working and everything, it gets pushed back the day.
Speaker 16: But it is always lined up and promoted anybody that
Speaker 16: is on my show. I try to do a month out.
Speaker 16: We are booking until.
Speaker 5: April right now.

Speaker 16: So everybody keep on shining. Don't let nothing stop you.
Speaker 16: You know, like I said, there's a lot of evil
Speaker 16: out there, and I believe in the power of the
Speaker 16: prayer that we can change that by keep on praying
Speaker 16: over the evil.
Speaker 5: And we could do that.
Speaker 16: Just stay positive and keep on doing. No one's life
Speaker 16: is perfect. Everyone's going through something, but always no prayers work.
Speaker 16: Remember our grandparents, our ancestors, they used to pray for us.
Speaker 5: That's why we're still here. Yeah, you know, and that's
Speaker 5: what I gotta say.
Speaker 16: And also shut out to the Jails and Wilkins, Barber Sharp,

Speaker 16: Ice shows eight year anniversary is coming up on you's
Speaker 16: not good?
Speaker 5: So I will be given free eighty lunches out every year.
Speaker 16: I always do how many years I'm out there, So
Speaker 16: I provide eighty three lunches, it will be ninety because
Speaker 16: I always do ten more and then they'll always go
Speaker 16: less than an hour and a half. It's a good
Speaker 16: feeling because everyone smiles, and smile goes a long way
Speaker 16: instead of being miserable and mad and angry all the time.
Speaker 5: That's the problem. People need to smile, being easy on
Speaker 5: the gas out there and stuff like that.
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I agree. Well, this has been wonderful. It's
Speaker 2: wonderful to have you here. We got to do this
