10:58 Speaker 2: neurochemical that happens in our brain as we get older

11:12 Speaker 16: because all the doctors are scaring me. I just actually

11:15 Speaker 16: I got injured about a month ago.

11:17 Speaker 2: So oh, sorry to hear that. Yeah, why why have

11:20 Speaker 2: you had four concussions?

11:21 Speaker 16: Well, different reasons, car accidents. I got injured on the

11:25 Speaker 16: bus recently about January.

11:27 Speaker 2: Ninth, you got injured on a bus.

11:29 Speaker 5: Yeah, well, we.

11:31 Speaker 16: Can't really talk about it, but you know, I'm just

11:34 Speaker 16: saying I got injured really bad. Okay, and long story short,

11:39 Speaker 16: I've had four concussions, okay, and this was my fourth one.

11:43 Speaker 5: But I guess the more concussions you have, you can

11:46 Speaker 5: get that brain disease.

11:47 Speaker 2: Well boxes CTE.

11:49 Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, so I'm can you.

11:53 Speaker 2: Yeah we are. We are on an eight second delay,

11:55 Speaker 2: so if the worst happens, I can catch it.

12:13 Speaker 16: brain is like delayed a little bit. I still have

12:16 Speaker 16: swelling and things like that. But it's crazy how life

12:21 Speaker 16: can change out of a second.

12:23 Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, one hundred. So last night, because Friday nights,

13:26 Speaker 2: finally dawned on me this morning. And it happened while

13:46 Speaker 2: that show. Because it's all everything becomes a blur. But

13:49 Speaker 2: it finally occurred to me literally this morning. I was like, oh,

13:54 Speaker 16: Yes, Yes, And the reason why I have two seas

13:58 Speaker 16: it's because of my name and also because I own

14:03 Speaker 16: my show. Yeah, so somebody already had it Icy why

14:08 Speaker 16: So that's why I had to change it with the

14:09 Speaker 16: two seeds. Okay, I could have did it different ways,

14:13 Speaker 16: but that's the way I wanted to go with the Jackie. Yeah,

14:42 Speaker 2: Yeah, Jenny was on with you recently?

14:44 Speaker 16: Yes, Yes, she was on The Icy Show about a

14:47 Speaker 16: week and a half ago. And we talked about how,

14:52 Speaker 16: you know, with the insurance not paying for medicine when

14:55 Speaker 16: people need medicine and people are dying because they can't

14:58 Speaker 16: afford medicine. I was at someone's house in New York

15:02 Speaker 16: last week and she needed her insulin and you know,

15:06 Speaker 16: it's crazy because her sugar's going high and she can't

15:11 Speaker 16: get her insolent. And that was a different state, So

15:14 Speaker 16: every state is different. What's going on in this world

15:17 Speaker 16: with the difference with the medications and you know what

15:22 Speaker 16: you need to have, and you know, what about the

15:24 Speaker 16: people that have asthma? What about the people that have cancer?

15:27 Speaker 16: You know, that need to be on a medication for

15:29 Speaker 16: life and stuff and they can't afford it. And it's like,

15:34 Speaker 16: it's crazy, it's sad. It's sad, And I'm glad Jenny's doing.

15:38 Speaker 16: Shut out to Jenny if you're tuning in, definitely, because

15:43 Speaker 16: where I've seen her about two years ago to where

15:45 Speaker 16: she's at now, she looks amazing and I'm so proud

15:49 Speaker 16: of her, and I'm glad she finally found, you know,

15:55 Speaker 16: suffering like that.

15:56 Speaker 2: There's no cure. I mean, if you're talking about the complex. Sorry,

16:05 Speaker 2: for that. So all she can all she can really

16:07 Speaker 2: do is manage it.

16:08 Speaker 16: But she is.

16:09 Speaker 2: But she is managing it. Well oh yeah, yeah, it's amazing. Yeah. Yeah,

16:11 Speaker 2: she doesn't let it stop her or slow her down

16:13 Speaker 2: or anything.

16:14 Speaker 5: Keep on doing those rallies out there.

16:16 Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely, Oh, stay safe, she's doing great things. And uh,

16:21 Speaker 2: she's gonna be going to to DC on Monday. And yeah,

16:35 Speaker 2: industry more than anything, right.

16:39 Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, well we'll tell us about like who are

16:42 Speaker 2: who are some of the people you've interviewed, and and

16:44 Speaker 2: and and why, like how do you how do you

16:46 Speaker 2: decide who you want to have on the show and

16:48 Speaker 2: all that.

16:49 Speaker 16: I try to give everybody an opportunity to be on

16:52 Speaker 16: my show, you know, I believe everybody deserves a chance

16:56 Speaker 16: to be on a show if they can. Yeah, And

17:01 Speaker 16: my show is for you to expand and meet other people.

17:06 Speaker 16: That's why it's local. International, started with seven people following me,

17:10 Speaker 16: and now I got a salute to everyone that follows me.

17:44 Speaker 16: son is the one that started with me being my

17:46 Speaker 16: co host and then we he did one hundred episodes.

17:50 Speaker 16: That was his promise to God when he got baptized,

17:54 Speaker 16: and I was thankful. I was hoping he would keep

17:56 Speaker 16: on going. But you know it's time consuming because he

17:58 Speaker 16: is to study and everything. But my pastor, Minister Thomas,

18:03 Speaker 16: doctor Minister Thomas, he believes in my son. He really

18:07 Speaker 16: thinks he could see my son being a minister or pastor.

18:11 Speaker 16: I don't know about that right now, but he's going

18:13 Speaker 16: through some things. But that's every teenager. You know, he'll

18:17 Speaker 16: be sixteen, sixteen, imagine that Matt. Remember when we were

18:21 Speaker 16: at your show when I found out I was pregnant

18:23 Speaker 16: with my son.

18:24 Speaker 2: We'll come back to that, yeah, yeah, because that is

18:26 Speaker 2: a story.

18:27 Speaker 16: That's a great story, and I always think about that.

18:31 Speaker 16: But my show is basically about everyone that has something

18:34 Speaker 16: positive going and even people that are in jailing and

18:37 Speaker 16: they're never coming home. They've been on my show too,

18:40 Speaker 16: and you know they they they said that they're innocent.

18:43 Speaker 16: You know, even though the trial is over, they're never

18:46 Speaker 16: coming home. And so you know, my show is to

18:50 Speaker 16: give everybody that chance. Like even I have another show

18:53 Speaker 16: that's going to be coming out Ice. It's icy show

18:56 Speaker 16: Lost Angels. It's about if you have a lost someone

19:01 Speaker 16: you lost and you didn't you know, when you're at

19:03 Speaker 16: the casket and you wish you could talk to that

19:05 Speaker 16: person or wish to really talk out loud instead of

19:09 Speaker 16: just sitting there and crying, and you know, you want

19:12 Speaker 16: that last closure. So my show was to have that

19:15 Speaker 16: last closure with that loved one that they lost. At start,

19:20 Speaker 16: it was it should have been out I did the

19:22 Speaker 16: first episode. I haven't seen you a lot, Matt. It's

19:28 Speaker 16: a lot to catch up with you, But I don't

19:31 Speaker 16: know de Z's brother passed away. Yeah, it was three

19:36 Speaker 16: years ago.

19:36 Speaker 5: And that was my brother.

19:37 Speaker 16: That was my ace, my everything, like he was my like.

19:42 Speaker 16: I cried for three hundred and sixty five days when

19:44 Speaker 16: he died, every single day, and he was the only

19:50 Speaker 16: one that believed in my show and believed in me

19:54 Speaker 16: even when he was behind bars, when he was in

19:57 Speaker 16: jail fighting for his life, and he would contact me

20:01 Speaker 16: to make sure that I keep on going. I don't

20:03 Speaker 16: have that motivation anymore. That's someone that really believes in me,

20:08 Speaker 16: like that you could trust on everything, your life on

20:11 Speaker 16: the line, you know, and it's hard to come around

20:17 Speaker 16: those type of people, real solid people. So that took

20:21 Speaker 16: me for a toll because I lost my female ace

20:25 Speaker 16: and my right my male ace. So that broke my

20:29 Speaker 16: heart in pieces. And I was actually going to stop

20:33 Speaker 16: my icy show, but I had people contacted me because

20:36 Speaker 16: I did a post saying that I was going to

20:38 Speaker 16: stop it, and they said, no, you got to keep

20:41 Speaker 16: on going no matter what you're going through. And you know,

20:47 Speaker 16: I could keep on hearing him say to me, gee, girl,

20:52 Speaker 16: you better not give up. If you give up, like

20:55 Speaker 16: he's motivating me on things that like, you know, I

20:59 Speaker 16: done for people, but to really have it back with

21:02 Speaker 16: real love and showing that they're out to help you succeed,

21:08 Speaker 16: not out for themselves.

21:09 Speaker 5: That's real.

21:12 Speaker 16: Rear to find those type of people. And that's why

21:17 Speaker 16: I went to go see him in jail.

21:19 Speaker 5: I went to I bailed him out. You know, he

21:23 Speaker 5: lived with me.

21:24 Speaker 16: He's a good, solid person that had my back no

21:27 Speaker 16: matter what I was going through divorce, crying on the

21:32 Speaker 16: shoulder when nobody was there. You know, like yeah, real, real,

21:37 Speaker 16: real life stuff. But not to have that anymore, I

21:42 Speaker 16: needed to come out with the show.

21:43 Speaker 5: I feel like.

21:47 Speaker 16: For my two aces, because I know there's a lot

21:51 Speaker 16: of people out there that have lost a lot of

21:54 Speaker 16: people and they're getting younger and younger, and I want

21:58 Speaker 16: my platform to be for them to release that. But

22:02 Speaker 16: I wasn't strong enough because my show came out right

22:05 Speaker 16: before my brother died. I did his mother's She lost

22:10 Speaker 16: two of her children, one to that was my brother

22:14 Speaker 16: and the other one was too. Her daughter got stabbed,

22:20 Speaker 16: so she talked about it on my show, so I

22:22 Speaker 16: made that's my aunt. So I made her the first

22:26 Speaker 16: episode because she told me I should do something like that,

22:30 Speaker 16: and I was like, you know what, I'm going to.

22:32 Speaker 16: But then when I lost my brother, I was numb

22:38 Speaker 16: for three hundred and sixty five days, like I didn't

22:40 Speaker 16: know if I was coming or going, and going through

22:42 Speaker 16: a lot of stuff. But I kept my show going

22:45 Speaker 16: because I kept hearing him say it. And that's why

22:48 Speaker 16: with that new show, it's dedicating for people that lost

22:51 Speaker 16: the loved ones. So that will be coming out soon

22:55 Speaker 16: and then the Icy show. It's here to stay as

22:57 Speaker 16: long as I keep on having people on the show,

23:00 Speaker 16: artists and things like that. Like tomorrow we have a

23:02 Speaker 16: music show I'm a Judge. It's in Tat Massachusetts, will

23:31 Speaker 16: lot more acting, different movie clips. I was in Detroit

23:36 Speaker 16: and a couple of things. So wow, Yeah, I like

23:39 Speaker 16: the acting. So if you need an actress let me

23:41 Speaker 16: know on a.

23:42 Speaker 5: Short film or something. I'm definitely that I feel like

23:45 Speaker 5: that's my passion.

23:46 Speaker 2: Oh really yeah, okay interesting.

23:48 Speaker 5: Yeah I never thought that, but yeah, yeah, definitely.

23:54 Speaker 2: There's something really interesting you mentioned about interviewing people who

23:57 Speaker 2: are in prison who are not getting out, they're not

23:59 Speaker 2: coming at home. How do how does that work logistically?

24:02 Speaker 6: Like?

24:02 Speaker 2: Is that is that challenging to set that up where

24:06 Speaker 2: they're gonna be I assume they're going to be on

24:08 Speaker 2: a phone talking to you, like, how did how does

24:12 Speaker 2: is that hard to work out?

24:16 Speaker 16: Well, they have a they have laptops, some have cell phones. Yeah,

24:22 Speaker 16: it's all different, but yeah, I mean they they were

24:27 Speaker 16: showing me stuff on the interview that was crazy, like

24:31 Speaker 16: they could pop their just sell like that. So they

24:36 Speaker 16: were showing things that the world isn't aware of about

24:42 Speaker 16: things that are happening in prisons, and they showed it.

24:46 Speaker 16: It was live on the show, and it's like, I

24:48 Speaker 16: wasn't expecting that, And I even said, whatever happens on

30:48 Speaker 2: Now it's so long ago, fifteen and a half. So

31:30 Speaker 2: Right. So Norm Moody who I was his co host

31:33 Speaker 2: on a show called Norman Friends that we did right

31:35 Speaker 2: here in Manchester on Channel twenty three at the time

31:38 Speaker 2: for eight years. So for anyone who doesn't know, so

31:41 Speaker 2: Norm was a psychic and my role on the show

31:46 Speaker 2: kind of evolved a little bit, but basically I was

31:50 Speaker 2: like the skeptical, sarcastic, smart ass sidekick, you know. I was.

31:55 Speaker 2: I was off in the fly and the ointment and

31:58 Speaker 2: you know, trying to not derail everything. But but I

32:02 Speaker 2: was kinda when I was a little I was kind

32:05 Speaker 2: of a menace in some ways, you know. And I

32:07 Speaker 2: was I was just colost for eight years. But we

32:09 Speaker 2: would do events outside of that, and so he was.

32:13 Speaker 2: I don't remember if it was like officially like a

32:15 Speaker 2: Norman Friend's event that we were doing, I don't remember.

32:18 Speaker 2: I just remember Norm was involved. There were musicians involved.

32:22 Speaker 2: You and d Z were a part of the show.

32:24 Speaker 2: And and yes, so that night Norm told did he

32:28 Speaker 2: I can't remember though, did he did he tell you

32:31 Speaker 2: on stage in front of everyone?

32:33 Speaker 16: Yes, he actually called me to the stage and I'm

32:36 Speaker 16: like no, because I wasn't feeling good that night.

32:39 Speaker 2: Yeah, I was moody.

32:40 Speaker 5: Yeah, I was just I.

32:42 Speaker 16: Wasn't feeling it. I didn't even want to go to

32:44 Speaker 16: the show. I just was I felt nauseous. Yeah, smells

32:48 Speaker 16: would bother me, and I'm like, maybe.

32:49 Speaker 5: I'm getting sick. But I went because to support him.

32:53 Speaker 2: Yeah, And.

32:55 Speaker 16: He went to the stage and then Norm called me

32:59 Speaker 16: to the stage and then he's like, you need to

33:02 Speaker 5: I need to tell you.

33:12 Speaker 16: And I'm like, I'm looking at d Z. I'm like, damn,

33:20 Speaker 16: Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I'm like, I'm it's

33:31 Speaker 16: was a situation.

33:32 Speaker 5: It's like, so how far along are you? And I'm

33:36 Speaker 5: like what, It's like, how far along are you? And

33:40 Speaker 5: you haven't not one, but you haven't two. And I'm

33:43 Speaker 5: looking at the z. I'm like, is this a prank?

33:45 Speaker 16: Because like, I know my body, but damn am I pregnant?

33:51 Speaker 16: Because I was just complaining to him on the way

33:54 Speaker 16: that I wasn't feeling good. So we're on the stage,

33:57 Speaker 16: I'm not feeling good. I feel like I'm gonna get

34:00 Speaker 16: I'm like, is this true or not? I'm like, I

34:03 Speaker 16: don't think so, and he's like, no, I'm serious. Norm

34:06 Speaker 16: kept saying that and he's like, you're gonna call me

34:08 Speaker 16: in a couple of days and you're gonna tell me

34:10 Speaker 16: that you're expected.

34:13 Speaker 5: So I went home.

34:14 Speaker 16: We're going home, and I'm like, do you think that's true?

34:17 Speaker 16: And I don't know, So I'm like, let's stop. So

34:20 Speaker 16: I got a test the next day and I'm like, oh,

34:25 Speaker 16: I called D. I'm like, D come here, come here,

34:28 Speaker 16: and he comes running in. I'm like, look at this.

34:32 Speaker 16: I was like, I gotta do another one because I

34:34 Speaker 16: bought a couple of them.

34:36 Speaker 5: I did it. I think two or three of them

34:37 Speaker 5: are all positive.

34:39 Speaker 16: I'm like, oh no, I'm I'm gonna call Matt right

34:41 Speaker 16: now and let him know that Norm was on point.

34:45 Speaker 16: And then the story gets even more crazy. So my

34:48 Speaker 16: son is a twin I lost my daughter. She was

34:51 Speaker 16: four months four months when I was pregnant, and when

34:59 Speaker 16: h we did the ultrasound and they're saying twins and

35:03 Speaker 16: I'm like, no way, So I screenshot it. I think

35:06 Speaker 16: I even sent it to you as I send this

35:08 Speaker 16: to Norm please, yeah, to let him know that he

35:11 Speaker 16: is on point.

35:13 Speaker 5: Yeah, so yeah, he's how is he Well, he's dead,

35:18 Speaker 5: passed away.

35:18 Speaker 2: He passed away yeah, oh wow, yeah, yeah, he's been

35:22 Speaker 2: gone a few years now. Yeah. Wow.

35:25 Speaker 5: He was a good guy.

35:26 Speaker 2: He was Yeah, he you know, he'd had various health issues,

35:31 Speaker 2: so it was in some ways it was not necessarily

35:34 Speaker 2: a big surprise, but you know, and I hadn't been

35:37 Speaker 2: on the show with him for you know, several years,

35:40 Speaker 2: quite a few years at that point, so when he

35:42 Speaker 2: did pass away, so I wasn't, you know, up to

35:45 Speaker 2: speed on what was going on necessarily. But but yeah, yeah,

35:48 Speaker 2: so he is, uh he has he has left us.

35:50 Speaker 2: But but yeah, that is a that's a great story though, Yes.

35:56 Speaker 16: I always think of about that story because it's like,

36:38 Speaker 16: in the middle of the night when my brother passed away,

36:41 Speaker 16: and she said he was going back and forth and

36:45 Speaker 16: she said she kept she was a.

36:50 Speaker 5: Media and a psychic medium medium.

36:53 Speaker 16: Yes, and she said that she called me at eleven

36:57 Speaker 16: o'clock a night. I never answered when people will call

36:59 Speaker 16: on me on my messenger and I'm like, is this

37:02 Speaker 16: a stark girl, because I've had it happen like crazy stuff.

37:06 Speaker 16: And I'm like nah, And then she's like, Jackie, I

37:09 Speaker 16: need to talk to you. She's like, you don't know me,

37:13 Speaker 16: but someone that is just passed is trying to cross

37:17 Speaker 16: over and they's stock they need to I need you

37:20 Speaker 16: to contact wow. And I'm like, Okay, is this lady

37:24 Speaker 16: really playing with me because you know social media, you

37:26 Speaker 16: look at a picture, you just assume something like I'm

37:29 Speaker 16: not stupid. So long story short, I answered her and

37:34 Speaker 16: she goes, Jackie. I have three Jackies in my in

37:38 Speaker 16: my friend's list, and I have this person that's a male,

37:41 Speaker 16: dark skin. He's trying to cross over and he wants to.

37:48 Speaker 16: He wants to he needs to talk to you, and

37:51 Speaker 16: I'm like, it's my brother. Like it's my brother. I

37:54 Speaker 16: was like, oh my god. I started crying my eyes

37:56 Speaker 16: out and I'm like, okay. So this was probably like

37:58 Speaker 16: six months after he pass and you know, I felt

38:02 Speaker 16: like when he crossed, when he passed, he didn't cross.

38:06 Speaker 16: I felt that, Yeah, just something I go to a

38:10 Speaker 16: cemetery live it was. It's just I take care of it.

38:14 Speaker 5: Yeah, So I don't know.

38:15 Speaker 16: I just felt that and people thought I was crazy

38:18 Speaker 16: and stuff. But when she contacted me, I knew I

38:21 Speaker 16: was right. And he was talking about how he passed.

38:25 Speaker 16: He he he said I was right, like my feeling

38:29 Speaker 16: about it and stuff like that, and he kept saying,

38:34 Speaker 16: drink lots of water, take care of your health.

38:36 Speaker 5: That's something he would always say.

38:39 Speaker 16: Yeah, And I said okay, because he used to work

38:42 Speaker 16: out and drink water every day, so he would like

38:45 Speaker 16: motivate me, and then he'd be he started going to

38:52 Speaker 16: debt Because I'm like, is this lady really serious?

38:54 Speaker 5: I'm like, what else do you see?

38:56 Speaker 16: He's like, well, I don't know how long he's gonna

38:59 Speaker 16: be here for, but I just want as long as

39:01 Speaker 16: he's here to talk.

39:03 Speaker 5: He has a lot of information to tell you.

39:06 Speaker 16: So he was just going in and in and he

39:08 Speaker 16: was talking about our old memories together and I'm like,

39:12 Speaker 16: oh my god, this is really him. And the crazy

39:17 Speaker 16: thing is he's like, I come to your room every night.

39:19 Speaker 16: That's what he was saying to her. Like he was

39:21 Speaker 16: just saying like a whole bunch of stuff to me,

39:24 Speaker 16: and I'm like, this is overwhelming. He's like, I appreciate

39:27 Speaker 16: you going to the cemetery cleaning and up. He's saying

39:31 Speaker 16: that to me and everything. So I was like, oh, wow,

39:34 Speaker 16: that's that's that's that's like. I felt grateful because I

39:38 Speaker 16: felt like he's talking to me. And then he brought

39:40 Speaker 16: up about my show. You know how I was telling

39:42 Speaker 16: you I was going to stop my show and he's like,

39:46 Speaker 16: you better not stop your show. He's like that he

39:50 Speaker 16: was telling me that, so, you know, he was just

39:53 Speaker 16: saying a lot of stuff and she was on point.

39:55 Speaker 16: She was on point, like I said, what's my favorite color?

39:58 Speaker 16: Because at first, like I I'm not, I'm like, what's

40:01 Speaker 16: my favorite color? And he's like blue, and I was

40:04 Speaker 16: like okay. I was like, say some crazy stuff what

40:08 Speaker 16: we did together, and he said some crazy stuff like

40:11 Speaker 16: he wasn't saying in like full sentences, but he was

40:14 Speaker 16: saying it like I would understand. So I was like, dang,

40:18 Speaker 16: he's really like really here. He was there for three

40:21 Speaker 16: and a half hours talking to me. It was like

40:24 Speaker 16: three o'clock in the morning. When she's like he's gone,

40:28 Speaker 16: and I was like wait because we were in the

40:30 Speaker 16: middle of a sentence and she goes, just no, he

40:34 Speaker 16: crossed over. It's gonna make me cry, but he crossed over,

40:40 Speaker 16: and I was with him and knowing that he's my ace,

40:45 Speaker 16: and like he went over, like I felt relieved, but

40:50 Speaker 16: also like that's what was I was feeling when I

40:54 Speaker 16: was going to the cemetery. You know what I'm saying,

40:57 Speaker 16: Like I knew what I was feeling that he didn't

41:00 Speaker 16: have that closure, you know, and I seen him like

41:07 Speaker 16: a week before he passed. I was looking for him

41:10 Speaker 16: when he was missing and stuff like I was on.

41:13 Speaker 16: It felt sick to me because I seen crows go by.

41:16 Speaker 5: I was like, he's dead. And I was like I

41:19 Speaker 5: was spasing on everybody. I was not find my brother.

41:22 Speaker 5: Find my brother.

41:23 Speaker 16: I was like, I don't want to hear it. And

41:25 Speaker 16: then when I got that call he got shot in

41:27 Speaker 16: the head. Oh my god, Oh my god, Like I

41:30 Speaker 16: wanted to lose. I started flipping. I had so much anger,

41:34 Speaker 16: Like anger.

41:36 Speaker 2: But did you did you know before you got the call?

41:38 Speaker 2: Like did you feel it?

41:39 Speaker 16: I knew he passed, but the thing was it was

41:43 Speaker 16: his mom's birthday. And then when his mom's birthday, she

41:47 Speaker 16: called me and she's like, have you seen him? And

41:49 Speaker 16: I was like, no, I haven't seen him. I seen

41:52 Speaker 16: I thought you had a picture with him. She's like yeah,

41:56 Speaker 16: but no one's seen him for twenty four hours. I'm like,

41:58 Speaker 16: that's not like him. So I started making calls. I'm like,

42:01 Speaker 16: that's not like him. I'm like, we're like, I'm calling

42:05 Speaker 16: his phone, that's ringing and ringing. I was like, get

42:08 Speaker 16: his phone, get his phone, ping to find out where

42:11 Speaker 16: it where he's where his phone is? Trace that and

42:17 Speaker 16: I said that to the mom, and you know, I

42:19 Speaker 16: was kind of like hostile with but I felt it.

42:23 Speaker 16: I felt like, that's my ace, that's my everything, and

42:26 Speaker 16: you're gone. Like I felt it because I was at

42:28 Speaker 16: the beach. I went to the beach that morning and

42:31 Speaker 16: I seen the crows go by, and when I seen that,

42:35 Speaker 16: I threw up. And then when I threw up, I

42:37 Speaker 16: was like someone died. And the person I was with,

42:40 Speaker 16: they're like, no, that's just you're just saying. I was like, no,

42:44 Speaker 16: when I get like this, someone died, I feel it

42:46 Speaker 16: inside me and my soul is empty, like it's weird.

42:57 Speaker 16: I'm like, someone's dead in the woods. I'm like, something's

43:17 Speaker 16: Someone nobody's seen him. I was like, it's not right

43:20 Speaker 16: because I already seen what was happening. Yeah, So I

43:23 Speaker 16: turned around, I got the car. My girl was driving me.

43:28 Speaker 16: Interested in the Hampshire where we're at ninety five point

44:21 Speaker 16: hour and a half from here?

44:24 Speaker 16: Yeah, So I'm like, oh, I have my friend. I'm

44:27 Speaker 16: like I'm gonna I'm gonna take a car. I need

44:33 Speaker 16: My girl gave me her car. I shot over there.

44:52 Speaker 16: Like I need to get over there. That's my family,

44:55 Speaker 16: that's my aunt's house, you know. So I'm like, what

44:56 Speaker 16: the heck's going on? I turn around, I get to.

45:03 Speaker 16: I'm gonna I'm gonna leave the car and I'm gonna run.

45:05 Speaker 16: I'm gonna run over to where they're at. It's like

45:08 Speaker 16: maybe five streets away. So I get to the car,

45:12 Speaker 16: I mean to the the parking lot where stopping shop is,

45:17 Speaker 16: and I see the the body go by, and I

45:23 Speaker 16: was like, damn, that's my brother. But I felt like

45:26 Speaker 16: it was him saying goodbye to me because it was

45:32 Speaker 16: me and his one on one for him to go by,

45:36 Speaker 16: and how all of it. I kept spending the block

45:39 Speaker 16: for forty five minutes, so I felt like it was

45:43 Speaker 16: him delaying to see him, you know what I mean.

45:46 Speaker 16: But that didn't stop me. I went to the where

45:50 Speaker 16: he was and I didn't know that they don't clean up.

45:53 Speaker 16: I almost fainted, flipping, flipping, But it's like, you know,

45:59 Speaker 16: that's my brother forever. And everyone could say, oh, he's

46:03 Speaker 16: different skin tone, but you don't.

46:05 Speaker 5: Know what we've been through. Like he was the one

46:08 Speaker 5: that was solid for me.

46:09 Speaker 16: If I needed to cry about breaking up with his brother,

46:14 Speaker 16: about the divorce and things like that, that was the

46:16 Speaker 16: one I could go to and trust on everything, on everything,

46:22 Speaker 16: because that's my son's godfather and uncle, you know what

46:25 Speaker 16: I mean.

46:25 Speaker 5: So it's like family, family, but you don't know when

46:30 Speaker 5: life is gonna be tossed.

46:33 Speaker 2: Oh yeah, exactly.

46:34 Speaker 16: And it's like people need to appreciate life, not take

46:37 Speaker 16: life for granted. I don't have time for hating. I

46:41 Speaker 16: don't have time for being jealous of someone. We need

46:46 Speaker 16: to unite, We need to come together. We need to

46:50 Speaker 16: be together and fight for our life right now because

46:54 Speaker 16: everything was a turmoil and it's like, you know, our

46:59 Speaker 16: children need a life for the future, and if we

47:02 Speaker 16: don't make it better for them, what life are they

47:04 Speaker 16: going to have?

47:05 Speaker 5: Right It's just a turmoil.

47:07 Speaker 16: Yeah, I mean, like I said, well, we used to

47:10 Speaker 16: leave the doors unlocked, your neighbor you could trust and

47:13 Speaker 16: things like that. Now you gotta double up, locked everything,

47:15 Speaker 16: check everything.

47:17 Speaker 5: It's crazy.

47:19 Speaker 2: The reason, by the way, so uh, the reason I

47:22 Speaker 2: asked you about did you did you feel like you

47:24 Speaker 2: felt him leave?

47:25 Speaker 12: You know?

47:26 Speaker 2: Is because this relates to someone you've met but who

47:30 Speaker 2: is no longer with us. Do you remember Steve Blake?

47:34 Speaker 5: Why that sound familiar?

47:35 Speaker 2: So you and de Z were on his podcast. This

47:39 Speaker 2: was a lot. This would have been around the same

47:41 Speaker 2: time you would come up to Manchester. We we were

47:45 Speaker 2: doing his podcast at a diner.

47:47 Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I remember that. Yeah, he passed away.

47:50 Speaker 2: He passed away. Yeah, he's been He's actually been gone

47:53 Speaker 2: for for quite a while now. But but so I

47:57 Speaker 2: will just because it I don't know, it feels like

47:59 Speaker 2: the moment to do it, I guess because we're talking

48:01 Speaker 2: about it and it's someone you know or knew. I

48:04 Speaker 2: know you didn't meet him, you didn't him very well,

48:05 Speaker 2: but you probably met him a few times because he

48:07 Speaker 2: was always around. Yes, but Steve, So there was a

48:11 Speaker 2: night remember remember Styling Souls. We used to do events

48:16 Speaker 2: there and I did hypnosis there. So there was a

48:18 Speaker 2: night that I was there after a a hypnosis session

48:22 Speaker 2: with somebody, and I'm there at the computer and I'm

48:24 Speaker 2: just doing whatever I was doing. And I've never this

48:29 Speaker 2: is something. Not only have I never shared this publicly,

48:31 Speaker 2: I've never told anyone this. I've never told anyone this.

48:36 Speaker 2: I'm sitting there. It was probably I don't know, around

48:39 Speaker 2: eight thirty nine o'clock at night, I'm kind of getting

48:41 Speaker 2: ready to go home, and all of a sudden, I

48:45 Speaker 2: just felt I felt very heavy, like I felt this

48:49 Speaker 2: enormous loss, and I actually started crying, like really crying,

48:54 Speaker 2: and I'm not a crier, and I had no idea

48:58 Speaker 2: what was happening to me. I don't know, you know,

49:01 Speaker 2: And It'll lasted a few minutes, but I just felt

49:04 Speaker 2: like this enormous sense of loss all of a sudden,

49:07 Speaker 2: and I was crying, and it was very very strange.

49:12 Speaker 2: Hasn't nothing. I haven't experienced anything quite like that since.

49:15 Speaker 2: But yeah, it was just odd. And then when I

49:17 Speaker 2: was done and I pulled myself together for you know,

49:20 Speaker 2: whatever reason this was happening to me, you know, I

49:23 Speaker 2: went home and whatnot. And then first thing in the

49:26 Speaker 2: morning the next day, I get a call and it's Esther,

49:32 Speaker 2: who was Steve's wife.

49:34 Speaker 12: Wow.

49:35 Speaker 2: And as soon as I heard her voice on the phone,

49:37 Speaker 2: I knew, Like before she even told me, I knew,

49:41 Speaker 2: and I now looking back on it, you know, look,

49:46 Speaker 2: I'm not one of these people who says, oh, there

49:48 Speaker 2: are you know, no coincidences. Of course there are coincidences.

49:51 Speaker 2: But but she told me, you know, because I asked,

49:54 Speaker 2: I said, well, when did he pass? She said, you know,

49:56 Speaker 2: she was vague about the time, but she said, last night.

49:58 Speaker 2: I found him. Last night. He was he was unconscious.

50:02 Speaker 2: And I've just always kind of thought, because I don't

50:07 Speaker 2: know how else to explain what I was experiencing, it

50:11 Speaker 2: just seemed to me, I think I felt him leave.

50:17 Speaker 16: Yeah, and I felt that when I see the crows,

50:21 Speaker 16: I just didn't know who it was precise died. Yeah,

50:25 Speaker 16: And I lost my aunt prior to that, my grandmother

50:28 Speaker 16: and my ace. Like I said in many like Rest

50:32 Speaker 16: of Soul, Legend King og Don Hazel, he was the

50:35 Speaker 16: director of the movie he passed away, then legend La La,

50:41 Speaker 16: that's the lady I go in Don Hazel against the movie.

50:44 Speaker 5: I go against her in the movie, Oh Okay.

50:46 Speaker 16: He passed away one year after Don haesel So it's

50:49 Speaker 16: like all these funerals, I can't even hear from one,

50:52 Speaker 16: and it's just getting hit. I got hit with like

50:54 Speaker 16: eleven in two years, and they were all close to me,

51:00 Speaker 16: and my heart was like ripped this way, ripped this way,

51:05 Speaker 16: ripped this way, and it's like my brothers. Though in

51:09 Speaker 16: my other ace Keana restaursoul angelized. I felt those two

51:16 Speaker 16: when I say I felt it my Quanna, that's my godson's.

51:24 Speaker 5: Mother. I was actually supposed to be due on her.

51:28 Speaker 16: My son was supposed to be due on my birthday,

51:30 Speaker 16: but I wanted to be selfish June nineteenth.

51:33 Speaker 5: It's a holiday now, baby, but.

51:38 Speaker 16: My son was supposed to be do We were both

51:41 Speaker 16: pregnant at the same time, our whole pregnancies, and we

51:44 Speaker 16: both found out we're having a boy.

51:46 Speaker 5: We were a static and long story short, when she passed.

51:55 Speaker 5: I felt it. I seen it. I had a dream.

51:58 Speaker 5: I had a dream she was in a ballroom.

52:02 Speaker 16: All in beige dressed beige shirt and she was in

52:06 Speaker 16: a big ballroom, makeup, looking beautiful, dancing.

52:10 Speaker 5: And I got that call when I was having that dream,

52:13 Speaker 5: and I felt so sick. I started yelling the grandmother.

52:18 Speaker 2: I was like no, my aunt.

52:21 Speaker 5: I was like, no, I was just wear her last night.

52:24 Speaker 5: There's no way, no way. And she's like, no, it's true.

52:28 Speaker 5: You need to get over here. Everyone's over here, the cops.

52:32 Speaker 5: I'm like what. I'm like, no, I what time is it?

52:36 Speaker 5: I was like lost, like I just dreamt of her.

52:39 Speaker 16: There's no way. I'm like, there's no way on my fine,

52:41 Speaker 16: my ace. And you know, I had to clean up

52:44 Speaker 16: the blood on her bed because it's my godson's room.

52:48 Speaker 16: Nobody wanted to do it, and I'm like I'm not

52:50 Speaker 16: I'm not gonna leave it. I gotta clean it, you

52:52 Speaker 16: know what I mean. So everyone's like put gloves on,

52:56 Speaker 16: put this mask, and I was like, no, I'm not

52:59 Speaker 16: gonna do that. That's my best friend. Like and I

53:02 Speaker 16: didn't even think to put loves or anything because that's

53:07 Speaker 16: my best friend. To know that that's her blood leg oh,

53:12 Speaker 16: you know. So it's like visions I seen.

53:17 Speaker 5: That's it. And when I seen her the night before,

53:23 Speaker 5: that feeling I got, like when we go like this

53:29 Speaker 5: to each other, and I got a feeling I was

53:33 Speaker 5: never going to see her again. I felt it.

53:36 Speaker 16: I felt it, and if I ever get that feeling,

53:38 Speaker 16: I got it with my brother and I ran back

53:41 Speaker 16: to him to give him a hug and a kiss

53:43 Speaker 16: because I got that failing that I'll never see them again.

53:47 Speaker 16: And when I get that feeling, that's why I always say,

53:52 Speaker 16: when you love somebody, you have to say I love

53:55 Speaker 16: you to them and give hugs and be affectionate, because

53:59 Speaker 16: you know, know today's not promise, never mind tomorrow, and

54:03 Speaker 16: that's very important. No matter like suicide is such a high.

54:09 Speaker 16: We just lost lost that raper. He was twenty something

54:11 Speaker 16: years old this week. And you know, it's okay to

54:15 Speaker 16: get help. If you ever feel like you want to

54:17 Speaker 16: hurt yourself or you want to harm someone, it's okay,

54:21 Speaker 16: get the help first before you do it, because your

54:25 Speaker 16: family is going to suffer tremendously. And if you hurt

54:29 Speaker 16: somebody or kill somebody, it's going to hurt two families,

54:34 Speaker 16: not one, but two, your family and their family. So

54:37 Speaker 16: it's important because people don't understand that that you know,

54:42 Speaker 16: retaliation or whatever the case may be, is no, that's

54:45 Speaker 16: not the way, and we need to reach out to

54:47 Speaker 16: this younger, younger generation.

54:49 Speaker 5: The youth needs us.

54:50 Speaker 16: They're lost for sauce, very lost for sauce. You know,

54:54 Speaker 16: we got to start getting them back how we were

54:57 Speaker 16: growing up and unite and with everyone, because now it's

55:03 Speaker 16: not about unite. You know, it's different cultures, different gangs,

55:08 Speaker 16: different society, society, and you need to unite. Everybody needs

55:13 Speaker 16: to unite and come together. That's that, that's what we

55:18 Speaker 16: need to do. We need to keep praying. I say,

55:20 Speaker 16: keep your prayer, peace up, prayers up, positive, and that's

55:25 Speaker 16: what we need to do.
