27:34 Speaker 6: All right, Lid Lickor is my first album that I've

27:37 Speaker 6: done one hundred percent all by myself.

27:38 Speaker 4: I didn't have any help. I didn't have any guest

27:41 Speaker 4: musicians this time around. None, none at all. Wow.

27:44 Speaker 6: Okay, No, I did the whole thing myself, and I

27:48 Speaker 6: wanted to try something different from everything else I've done

27:52 Speaker 6: so far, so I went for the Oregon Trio distorted

27:56 Speaker 6: bass sound. Yeah you know, yeah, I said a bunch

28:00 Speaker 6: of rules at the beginning of the album. I usually

28:02 Speaker 6: do that at the beginning of each album. Set a

28:04 Speaker 6: bunch of rules, uh to follow and uh stay by

28:08 Speaker 6: and it kind of like it changes the album and

28:11 Speaker 6: it crafts it like that weird way.

28:14 Speaker 4: That you're looking for.

28:15 Speaker 3: Do you find that doing that doing it that way,

28:17 Speaker 3: like setting rules, does it help you? Because I would

28:20 Speaker 3: imagine when you're doing see I've never done anything like that,

28:22 Speaker 3: but I would imagine when you're doing something all yourself,

28:24 Speaker 3: where it's literally all you, it's probably easy to get

28:28 Speaker 3: distracted or kind of wander off into different directions with

28:31 Speaker 3: it as you're going and maybe get away from your

28:33 Speaker 3: original vision. Does it?

28:34 Speaker 6: Also, like in my past work, I've I've used everything

28:39 Speaker 6: I could find under the sun. Yeah, you know, uh, synthesizers,

28:43 Speaker 6: special effects, contact mics, just like, uh, everything, you know,

28:49 Speaker 6: all these different sounds, anything I could think of, anything

28:52 Speaker 6: I could find.

28:52 Speaker 4: I used to use I've in the past. Yeah, uh.

28:56 Speaker 6: And I didn't want that. I didn't want a bunch

28:58 Speaker 6: of samples. I wanted something that would be like more

29:01 Speaker 6: attractive towards other musicians to come and play with me

29:05 Speaker 6: because I've been trying to build a live band. I've

29:08 Speaker 6: been trying to build a live band for a long time,

29:10 Speaker 6: and I was trying to do that in my last album.

29:13 Speaker 6: And I had my friend Jason on drums, but he

29:15 Speaker 6: doesn't want to go out live, okay, you know, so

29:19 Speaker 6: like that's why I didn't have him on the new album. Really,

29:21 Speaker 6: that's like the only reason I didn't have because I

29:24 Speaker 6: wanted anybody I was I was searching for a drummer,

29:27 Speaker 6: so like I wanted it to be open in case

29:30 Speaker 6: I found one while I was during the recording session.

29:34 Speaker 6: Because this took me two years to make this. Wow,

29:37 Speaker 6: that way longer than anything else I've ever done. You know,

29:40 Speaker 6: it's it's way more minimalist, but it took me so

29:43 Speaker 6: much longer.

29:43 Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, is it?

29:45 Speaker 9: Uh?

29:46 Speaker 3: Is this something that you think you'll do again? Like, like,

29:48 Speaker 3: I don't know if you're already thinking ahead to the

29:49 Speaker 3: next album.

31:15 Speaker 4: I've played, Uh where have I played? I've just played

31:19 Speaker 6: Yeah I don't, but I don't have anything planned for
