Speaker 12: that is called Falling Under. We also played bad Mind.
Speaker 12: I guess it might be some kind of an issue.
Speaker 12: I don't know what is what it is today?
Speaker 13: Is it a full moon tonight?
Speaker 12: But it looks like we do not have a Waiting
Speaker 12: Abigail with us this morning after all. But I think
Speaker 12: what we're gonna do now is we just heard from
Speaker 12: our friend Dylan Reynolds. And if you don't know Dylan Reynolds,
Speaker 12: he's been a guest on the show and a couple
Speaker 12: of times I think an enormously talented musician. And well,
Speaker 12: I'm just gonna say that if you know, you know,
Speaker 12: you actually hear Dylan Reynolds on the show all the time.
Speaker 13: You just don't realize it.
Speaker 12: But uh, but I'm gonna play a song of his
Speaker 12: because Jenny and I heard from him earlier. We got
Speaker 12: a very nice message from him, and we're excited uh
Speaker 12: to do some more work with him. And uh and
Speaker 12: and he's got some really great things going on. Uh
Speaker 12: that is his story to tell. We'll get him on
Speaker 12: the show soon to talk about everything that he's doing.
Speaker 12: And uh, but he's such a talented guy, not only
Speaker 12: in musician, but as a graphic artist, et cetera. I'm
Speaker 12: gonna play I'm gonna play a song of his. I
Speaker 12: feel like playing something of Dylan's.
Speaker 13: Uh so this is great.
Speaker 12: This is a single called that he released called the
Speaker 12: City of Graves, and uh, check this out. This is
Speaker 12: Dylan Reynolds.
Speaker 6: Darkness, Rays falling from the sky, The wood will list.
Speaker 5: And no one will s fine, no clear.
Speaker 6: Ways, discoursing through my face, dead will myes.

Speaker 7: it all.
Speaker 5: Nice?
Speaker 6: Right days we stand.
Speaker 18: Fighting too, I sup. No curlander just stuffs on a
Speaker 18: frame years with everyone defferent played.
Speaker 12: Hey, I think we have somebody from a waiting Abigail
Speaker 12: on the phone, Hello, Oh wait a minute, Oh there
Speaker 12: we go.
Speaker 13: I'm sorry said that again? I couldn't quite hear you.
Speaker 13: I got you now, Yeah, no worries.
Speaker 19: Is James from Waiting Avgo guitar? How you doing?
Speaker 12: Hey, James, welcome. So unfortunately we don't have a lot
Speaker 12: of time. We'll we'll definitely have to to have you back.
Speaker 12: But I did play those I played the two tracks
Speaker 12: that you sent us. I love those Bad Mind and
Speaker 12: Falling Under really good stuff. But yeah, tell us a
Speaker 12: little bit about the band. Where where are you from?
Speaker 12: You're from somewhere in Texas.
Speaker 3: I know that.
Speaker 19: Yeah, that's right. We're in Dallas, Texas, and we appreciate
Speaker 19: you playing our music. Yeah, we had a show last night.
Speaker 19: We're playing again today at an arts festival in Dallas.
Speaker 20: Here.
Speaker 19: Hopefully the weather cooperate so we don't get too wet.
Speaker 13: You guys are in Manchester, right, Yeah, Manchester, New Hampshire.
Speaker 19: Yes, indeed, that's awesome. Well the crazy enough. I'm actually
Speaker 19: very familiar with that area.
Speaker 13: Oh no kidding, Did you used to live up here?
Speaker 19: No, not at all. My job I worked for an airline.
Speaker 19: I can't really say which one. I worked for an airline.
Speaker 19: And we find in Manchester and stay in Nashua when we.
Speaker 6: Go up there.
Speaker 13: Oh, I'll be damned. Yeah, Manchester.
Speaker 12: It's a nice airport. It's very easy, very simple. I
Speaker 12: know Jenny likes to you know, which she has to fly.
Speaker 12: She likes to fly in and out of Manchester. But yeah, no,
Speaker 12: that's cool. It's cool that you're familiar with the area.
Speaker 12: Can you tell us, Like I said, we're a little
Speaker 12: compressed on time, but I mean tell us about a
Speaker 12: waiting Nabigail. It's interesting how it's kind of multi generational
Speaker 12: and I think is there even a father daughter combination
Speaker 12: within the band everything?
Speaker 19: Yeah, it's crazy, man, the age range goes. Abby just
Speaker 19: turned she just turned twenty like last week.
Speaker 13: Oh wow.
Speaker 19: And the Yeah, and our other guitar player, Mia Key
Speaker 19: is actually sixty two. So it's kind of a mashup
Speaker 19: of a couple different groups of people. The drummer Heather
Speaker 19: and the bass player Laurie and myself. We're all forty
Speaker 19: nine fifty is. We went to high school together and
Speaker 19: did the local band scene back in It was right
Speaker 19: after Pantera kind of broke out of the area down
Speaker 19: here and the scene was pretty hopping and we played
Speaker 19: in bands together when we were younger, and then Corey
Speaker 19: the keyboard player. Believe it or not, Mike's daughter. She
Speaker 19: was actually a music student of mine, so she's in
Speaker 19: her thirties. But yeah, there's almost somebody in every decade
Speaker 19: in the band. But we all just kind of got
Speaker 19: together personally. I kind of sma different groups of people
Speaker 19: together from different walks of life. But and then Abbey
Speaker 19: we found on a musician's wanted that, and man, she
Speaker 19: just she just killed it from the beginning. We knew,
Speaker 19: we knew we wanted her. Whenever she sent us an
Speaker 19: audition video for sure.
Speaker 12: Wow, Yeah, that's yeah, that's an unusual Well, I don't know,
Speaker 12: maybe it's not that unusual a way for a band
Speaker 12: to start these days because of the Internet. It's changed
Speaker 12: everything from you know, when we were growing up, and
Speaker 12: you know, there was a time, you know, I'm old
Speaker 12: enough to remember when you'd go to a music store.
Speaker 12: You know, if you were putting together a band and
Speaker 12: you were looking for musicians. Maybe you don't know anybody.
Speaker 12: You know, you go to a music store and you
Speaker 12: look at the bulletin bard and see who's looking for
Speaker 12: You know, I'm a bass player, so I might go
Speaker 12: and look and see if somebody's looking for a bass
Speaker 12: player or something like that. But you know, the Internet
Speaker 12: has really kind of changed all of that, and you know,
Speaker 12: you almost have to wonder if a configuration like awaiting
Speaker 12: Abigail would even be possible pre Internet, but maybe maybe,
Speaker 12: maybe not, but it seems unlikely. So but I also
Speaker 12: think too the other observation I would make is I
Speaker 12: think the music that you're making has a timelessness to
Speaker 12: it that you know, it's not data to any particular period.
Speaker 12: I mean, you can hear you can hear influences from
Speaker 12: certain like you know, you can hear some nineties rock
Speaker 12: influences and stuff, but really there's a timelessness to it
Speaker 12: that I think anybody out of any age, of any
Speaker 12: generation could get into anyway. So it makes sense that
Speaker 12: that's what the combination of the people who are in
Speaker 12: this band, that that's what you'd be putting out something
Speaker 12: that really cannot I think, appeal to anybody.
Speaker 19: Well, that's that's a great side effect. We're not doing
Speaker 19: it on purpose, but that's a great something that goes
Speaker 19: along with that. We definitely listen to a lot of
Speaker 19: different stuff, you know, everything from we Heather and I
Speaker 19: of course have a metal background from more kids and
Speaker 19: stuff and we were playing those bars. But like you know,
Speaker 19: she listens to like Lady Gaga. Now, Madonna Abby comes
Speaker 19: from a pop background. This is really her first rock
Speaker 19: project of her. She has a lot of solo work
Speaker 19: that she's done that's pop and R and B. And
Speaker 19: you know, I would say that myself and we their
Speaker 19: guitar players really into Kiss, so excellent. Yeah, it's definitely
Speaker 19: definitely has the nineties player because that's kind of back
Speaker 19: when we were playing or whatever that's come back and
Speaker 19: then adding some modern soundscapes to it's kind of what
Speaker 19: we've been trying to do.
Speaker 12: Yeah, Now do you have plans to do an album,
Speaker 12: because to this point you just have singles, write a
Speaker 12: series of singles.
Speaker 19: Yeah, there's a four song EP out and it's on
Speaker 19: all streaming services. You mentioned those two tunes. There's another one,
Speaker 19: I Hate You, which is kind of a parody on
Speaker 19: mean girls high school type thing. That one's that one's
Speaker 19: gotten some traction too and then people please her. So
Speaker 19: that's a fourth song EP. We've already got another four tunes,
Speaker 19: so we're at least going to do another EP this year.
Speaker 19: The schedule is justin of which we're trying not to
Speaker 19: let it take over our lives, you know, because.
Speaker 13: We were like, all have jobs, oh sure, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 19: Vainly and stuff, but we definitely want to We definitely
Speaker 19: want to do an album for sure.
Speaker 12: Hey, by the way, so where does the name come from?
Speaker 12: I mean, obviously Abigail is your singer, Awaiting Abigail.
Speaker 13: I'm curious.
Speaker 12: Last week, and maybe this is one of those odd
Speaker 12: little synchronicities that happened, but we had a band on
Speaker 12: the show called Waiting for Z and Z is the
Speaker 12: first initial of one of the members of the band, Xander.
Speaker 12: So I'm curious, where does awaiting Abigail? What does that
Speaker 12: name come from? Just you were waiting for a singer
Speaker 12: like Abigail or I'm just curious about the origin.
Speaker 13: Of the name.
Speaker 19: Yeah, it's it's really interesting. So actually, when we were
Speaker 19: looking for a name, we didn't have a name before
Speaker 19: we had her, and so we once she auditioned and
Speaker 19: we we knew that we wanted to move forward as
Speaker 19: a band. We wanted we wanted to feature her and
Speaker 19: wanted it to be about her, so we wanted her
Speaker 19: name in it. But you know, there's already a I
Speaker 19: think it's a Japanese death metal band actually called Abigail,
Speaker 19: So that was kind of off the table, and we
Speaker 19: just kind of were trying to figure out something that
Speaker 19: that that worked, and we were tossing stuff around and
Speaker 19: See was stuck to the wall and a Waiting Abigail
Speaker 19: kind of stuck. But the real interesting part of it
Speaker 19: is we probably three three rehearsals in or whatever right
Speaker 19: after we first met her. She didn't tell us right away.
Speaker 19: She's like, hey, by the way, I don't even know
Speaker 19: how it came up. She didn't say, by the way,
Speaker 19: but it came up. She said, my name is I'm
Speaker 19: actually named after a King Diamond's album Abigail. Why did
Speaker 19: you tell us before that? She's like, well, I don't know.
Speaker 19: My mom's a metal head, you know, and so she's
Speaker 19: named after that album. And Awaiting I don't know if
Speaker 19: it's funny because people are like always asking her like
Speaker 19: are you guys always waiting on her?
Speaker 7: Well?
Speaker 19: Yeah, but no, that just came more like it sounded good.
Speaker 19: It kind of jammed with it.
Speaker 12: That's why I wondered, because in Waiting for Z, the
Speaker 12: reason they called the band that is because apparently Xander
Speaker 12: is always late or he's always the last one to
Speaker 12: get there, so they're always waiting for Z. So I
Speaker 12: wondered if it was something where you know, you're always
Speaker 12: waiting for Abigail. No, but that's that's cool though. I
Speaker 12: think it's a great name. And I really like the
Speaker 12: logo too. Who did the logo? Is there somebody in
Speaker 12: the band who made that logo? Because that's a that's
Speaker 12: a badass logo.
Speaker 19: Man, thanks a lot, We really dig it too. No,
Speaker 19: it's a our graphics guy is a Matt story who.
Speaker 19: I don't know if you've heard of Creeper. It's another
Speaker 19: local band. They're pretty big. They're pretty big and they've
Speaker 19: been at it for a long time. He was the
Speaker 19: original singer of Creeper. And so really what I did
Speaker 19: was I just threw it out on Facebook. I was like, hey,
Speaker 19: we've got a name. You know, it'd already been kind
Speaker 19: of networking with other people, you know, reconnecting with people
Speaker 19: from the past that I knew back in the day,
Speaker 19: meeting new people, and I just threw it up there
Speaker 19: and I was like, and everybody kind of knew like
Speaker 19: pigs band together or whatever. So I said, hey, logo services,
Speaker 19: and somebody popped right on there, and I mean there's
Speaker 19: probably twenty people on there, but I just put on
Speaker 19: the put them the first one that posted, which was Matt.
Speaker 19: So he's awesome. He does all our graphics, he does
Speaker 19: the EP, does the EP cover, the T shirts. Everything.
Speaker 13: Oh, very cool, very cool, James.
Speaker 12: Unfortunately, as I said, we're very short on time, so
Speaker 12: we will reschedule you.
Speaker 13: I know you had a tech issue.
Speaker 12: But before I let you go, and if I have time,
Speaker 12: I'm gonna squeeze in that song, that song I Hate You.
Speaker 12: There's no swears in that, I assume.
Speaker 19: Right, No, there isn't in any of our stuffs.
Speaker 13: I agree, I didn't think so, so I might. I
Speaker 13: might try to squeeze that in.
Speaker 12: If I can't get in in at the end of
Speaker 12: this conversation, I'll play it later in the show, because
Speaker 12: I do want to. I do want to play it,
Speaker 12: but just quickly for for people listening, whether they be
Speaker 12: in your area, our area, or anywhere, because we have
Speaker 12: listeners all over. Because again, you know the internet, what
Speaker 12: should people know about how to find a waiting Abigail
Speaker 12: online to keep up with everything that you're doing.
Speaker 19: Yeah, it's really simple. If you talking Awaiting Abigail on
Speaker 19: any of the socials that's going to take you to
Speaker 19: our site. But the website's the main jumping off point.
Speaker 19: So you can go to Awaiting Abigail bands dot com.
Speaker 19: But you shouldn't have any problem finding us on any
Speaker 19: of the socialists best searching for us. But yeah, follow
Speaker 19: us like us. We are loving the I guess kind
Speaker 19: of widespread network that we're building of fans and supporters.
Speaker 19: It's really cool. So yeah, please do follow us, and
Speaker 19: it's a message comment.
Speaker 12: Look forward to meeting some people absolutely, absolutely, all right, James,
Speaker 12: I'm sure Jenny, we'll get with you to reschedule so
Speaker 12: because I have a ton more questions to ask you,
Speaker 12: so we'll make that happen in the near future, I'm sure.
Speaker 13: But thank you for joining us today. Appreciate it.
Speaker 19: Absolutely Sorry you had to Await Abigail today, so we'll
Speaker 19: get back with you.
Speaker 12: Well, well played, sir. All right, James, sounds good. We'll
Speaker 12: talk to you soon, all right, We'll see you all right,
Speaker 12: bye bye.
Speaker 13: All right. That was James from Awaiting Abigail.
Speaker 12: We have John Dart who's gonna be calling in any
Speaker 12: second now, so I think what I'm gonna do is
Speaker 12: I'm gonna I'm gonna save I'm.
Speaker 13: Gonna play that later.
Speaker 12: I will play that track later, that song I hate
Speaker 12: You from awaiting Abigail, because I do want to give
Speaker 12: that a spin.
Speaker 13: I really love their sound. They're really really good. Uh,
Speaker 13: but we'll save that for later in the show.
Speaker 12: So what we're gonna do right now, You know, if
Speaker 12: you're listening live on Saturday, you'll hear it later.
Speaker 13: But I'm gonna play the I believe.
Speaker 12: This is the newest single from John poussett Dart. This
Speaker 12: is called Cry No More. Really beautiful song, and he's
Speaker 12: gonna be joining us in just a few minutes. He's
Speaker 12: gonna be calling in, actually literally any minute now, he's
Speaker 12: going to be calling in. He's got a show coming
Speaker 12: up at the Rex Theater right here in Manchester. So
Speaker 12: looking forward to speaking with him. So let's go ahead
Speaker 12: and give this a spin and then we'll have him
Speaker 12: on the phone at the end of this. This is
Speaker 12: called Cry No More. This is from John Poussette Dart.
Speaker 3: Cry you don't have to cry no more, Cry no more,
Speaker 3: You don't have to cry no more.
Speaker 21: When the tears all dried, no more left to fall.
Speaker 21: Where will you go down when you have nothing left, down,
Speaker 21: when your.
Speaker 3: Eyes begin to open and all you want is gold,
Speaker 3: Will you still remember the feeling nuts hanging the one
Speaker 3: the wall let you walk away, the.
Speaker 21: Sparks still burning strong, the moonlight hanging in the sky.
Speaker 3: Telling you it's not gone. Cry no more, you don't
Speaker 3: have to cry no more. It might be your darkest tower.
Speaker 3: It might be in the line of day where you
Speaker 3: can never rest.
Speaker 21: To me, how little time it takes for love to
Speaker 21: find day away. If it's slips into your corner amidst
Speaker 21: the phone, collar a cigarette, it won't slip out the door,
Speaker 21: even if you don't.
Speaker 3: Know yet what this world has in store. Cry no more,
Speaker 3: You don't have to cry no more. Cried. You don't
Speaker 3: have to cryan nomo.
Speaker 4: Crying.
Speaker 3: No, you don't have to cry, no crying. No, you

Speaker 1: Me always follow.
Speaker 4: All that's lost life.
Speaker 5: That's the way step.
Speaker 1: We lout showing that comes from.
Speaker 4: The let go about to send me.
Speaker 12: Such a great song that is for Love by John
Speaker 12: Well actually Pussett Dart Band to be precise, which is
Speaker 12: of course the band of John Poussett Dart. And before
Speaker 12: that we played the newest solo single from John Poussett Dart,
Speaker 12: cry No More. He's got a show coming up at
Speaker 12: the Rex Theater right here in Manchester, and he's supposed
Speaker 12: to be joining us this morning. He's supposed to call in,
Speaker 12: but we haven't heard from him yet because it must
Speaker 12: be a full moon. Nothing has gone smoothly today with guests,
Speaker 12: literally nothing so far. If you are listening live on Saturday,
Speaker 12: you understand the full context of this. As we celebrate
Speaker 12: eight years. Maybe the universe is trying to tell me something.
Speaker 12: Maybe eight years is it. No, I'm just kidding. I'm
Speaker 12: not giving this up for anything. This is this is
Speaker 12: my favorite time of the week. But no, I love
Speaker 12: the show and these things do happen. But maybe John
Speaker 12: is having an issue, a phone issue or something.
Speaker 3: But I don't know.
Speaker 13: I don't know what's going on.
Speaker 12: But anyway, yeah, so we just played a couple of
Speaker 12: tracks from him. I think what we're gonna do now,
Speaker 12: because I was talking about it in a minute ago.
Speaker 12: I think we should go ahead and play that track
Speaker 12: from because we had James from Awaiting Abigail on the
Speaker 12: line with us and they are going to reschedule. By
Speaker 12: the way, James sent Jenni a message apologizing they had
Speaker 12: a little bit of a tech issue.
Speaker 13: But let me let me go ahead and play this.
Speaker 13: We talked about this track.
Speaker 12: This is called I Hate You and this is from
Speaker 12: the band Awaiting Abigail again, a great band from Texas.
Speaker 12: I love their sound and I'm looking forward to having
Speaker 12: a long form conversation with James and whomever else from
Speaker 12: the band wants to join because I like them tremendously.
Speaker 12: So again, this is from Dallas, Texas. This is a
Speaker 12: Waiting Abigail and this track is called I Hate You.
Speaker 4: Oh my god, Sarcies, what's wait? I hate her so
Speaker 4: much I'm not doing this today.
Speaker 5: Let's go a long way quick.
Speaker 22: Let's go whenever you show up, you always have boy
Speaker 22: you being good girls and redon lie.
Speaker 4: No, I know.
Speaker 1: You hate came, but.
Speaker 16: I you.
Speaker 3: Why so so way? Mary?
Speaker 1: You'll say Briday by.
Speaker 5: J by so way.
Speaker 1: By and you.
Speaker 3: Ye, hey.
Speaker 1: You grace for.
Speaker 4: To say bol you played the game, but now you
Speaker 4: want to play. We're all the herd for all the shame?
Speaker 1: Why so dead?
Speaker 5: By so away?
Speaker 3: By? You say? Are day.
Speaker 1: Dad?
Speaker 3: Why eye go away?
Speaker 1: Why ye for the gas.
Speaker 7: I can trying to find you all?
Speaker 3: Did you know what happened to what? Yes? And for everything?
Speaker 4: She totally deserves it?
Speaker 3: You though, are you on?
Speaker 22: Now?
Speaker 3: You're the one flip face? Oh loud?
Speaker 1: Why eye so changed?
Speaker 5: By eyes so way?
Speaker 1: Mary?
Speaker 5: You'll say by day you.
Speaker 1: So Joe by eye?
Speaker 5: I hate.
Speaker 3: And I hate.
Speaker 1: What I didn't see.
Speaker 12: Th Oh my god, I love that. That is Awaiting Abigail.
Speaker 12: The track is called I Hate You So they sent us.
Speaker 12: I really like the other two tracks they sent us too,
Speaker 12: but I love that one. That's my Favorite's that's a
Speaker 12: hit right there. That is catchy as hell. That chorus
Speaker 12: is fantastic.
Speaker 13: I love it.
Speaker 12: Awaiting Abigail. Great band from Dallas, Texas. Jeez, if we
Speaker 12: knew that our next guest wasn't going to call in
Speaker 12: on time or at all. We could have talked longer
Speaker 12: with James but from Awaiting Abigail. But we'll get them
Speaker 12: rescheduled too, so it'll all work out. But if you
Speaker 12: are just joining us on this Saturday morning as we
Speaker 12: celebrate eight years of Matt Connorton Unleashed here at WMNH
Speaker 12: ninety five point three FM. Nothing has gone right with
Speaker 12: guests this morning. Harry fazackerly blew us off for the
Speaker 12: second time. That's two strikes. You're out for Harry, and
Speaker 12: then again James from Awaiting Abigail. Totally understandable. They just
Speaker 12: had a they had a tech issue and that's you know.
Speaker 22: Uh.
Speaker 12: He sent a very nice message and we'll definitely get
Speaker 12: them rescheduled. So that happened, so we're not we're not
Speaker 12: upset at all. I wouldn't have played that song if
Speaker 12: I was.
Speaker 20: No.
Speaker 12: I'm really looking forward to getting them back on the show,
Speaker 12: to getting them rescheduled. I want to I want to
Speaker 12: have a long form discussion with them because I'm a
Speaker 12: big fan. All these bands that we've had from Texas
Speaker 12: are just really good. There's a lot of great music
Speaker 12: coming out of Texas. So but then we're supposed to
Speaker 12: have John Poussett Dart was supposed to be calling us
Speaker 12: at ten thirty to promote his upcoming show at the
Speaker 12: Rex Theater. And I don't know, maybe the show's already
Speaker 12: sold out. So he said, uh, never mind, I don't
Speaker 12: know what happened. No, there might be there might be
Speaker 12: a good reason too. So I always I don't uh,
Speaker 12: I don't get upset. I just, you know, because because
Speaker 12: the worst thing right would be to get mad about
Speaker 12: it and then find out later that there was like
Speaker 12: some terrible emergency or something, and you like you go, oh, oh,
Speaker 12: I got you.
Speaker 13: I got it okay now, and now I feel bad
Speaker 13: for getting upset. So I never get upset, you know.
Speaker 3: I just we just roll with it, we go forward.
Speaker 12: But the nice thing about doing a show like this is,
Speaker 12: you know, we can always do other things if something
Speaker 12: falls through, you know, we talk about a lot of
Speaker 12: music industry topics on the show, or we can play
Speaker 12: a song, you know, always just play a song, you know,
Speaker 12: so there's nothing ever worth getting upset about. That's something
Speaker 12: I learned pretty quickly about doing a live radio show
Speaker 12: that there's nothing that can go wrong, you know, unless
Speaker 12: you just get knocked off the air for some reason
Speaker 12: or something. But generally speaking, there's really not much that
Speaker 12: can go wrong that's just going to derail the entire
Speaker 12: show because you can always just you can always pivot
Speaker 12: to something else.
Speaker 13: It's not a big deal.
Speaker 12: And even if and even if the show does get
Speaker 12: completely derailed, is it the worst thing that's ever gonna
Speaker 12: happen to you in your life?
Speaker 13: Probably not.
Speaker 5: So we have fun.
Speaker 13: We have a good time again.
Speaker 12: Years this week, officially eight years that Matt Connorton Unleashed
Speaker 12: has been at wm and H ninety five point THREEFM
Speaker 12: here in Manchester. And I continue to be so honored
Speaker 12: and privileged and proud to be associated with this amazing
Speaker 12: station and everyone who plays a part in making sure
Speaker 12: that I get to continue to do this every week,
Speaker 12: and so and everybody, all the guests, even the ones
Speaker 12: who sometimes give us a little bit of a headache.
Speaker 12: I appreciate all of them and.
Speaker 13: All of it. So so honored.
Speaker 12: And of course, you know, we've been here, Like I said,
Speaker 12: we've been here for eight years. I originally started just
Speaker 12: a little bit of quick backstory Matt Connorton Unleashed originally
Speaker 12: started as a podcast before the term podcast was even
Speaker 12: really in wide use back in twenty eleven and then
Speaker 12: so we just did it as a strictly online streaming
Speaker 12: for quite a few years, and then in twenty seventeen,
Speaker 12: I had the opportunity to bring the show here to
Speaker 12: WMNH and been here ever since and very very happy
Speaker 12: about it. So kind of keeping an eye on my
Speaker 12: messages here. I just got a message from Jenny that
Speaker 12: our next guest is at the door. Our next guest
Speaker 12: guest is here in person and is at the door.
Speaker 12: So I'm going to go and let that individual into
Speaker 12: the station. I don't have to worry about them not
Speaker 12: making it because they're here. But I think what we're
Speaker 12: gonna do is because I like this band so much.
Speaker 12: I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna play one more track.
Speaker 12: They have four that are available. I'm gonna play this
Speaker 12: track people Pleaser from our new friends from Dallas awaiting Abigail,
Speaker 12: because I love that last song we played. I'm gonna
Speaker 12: play that We're gonna give today. Of course, one of
Speaker 12: the things that we've been doing as well is the
Speaker 12: American Radio Premiere of another great track, and I want
Speaker 12: to make sure that I have the The only thing
Speaker 12: about pivoting is sometimes sometimes you get a little lost
Speaker 12: in what you're pivoting to and from the great new
Speaker 12: track from Ryan Redwood, another fantastic artist from the UK,
Speaker 12: the song Tomorrow, which I absolutely love. So today's the
Speaker 12: American radio premiere of that that has not been heard
Speaker 12: on any American radio station.
Speaker 13: Prior to today.
Speaker 12: So we're gonna give that another spin to a WM
Speaker 12: and H ninety five point three FM exclusive. And maybe
Speaker 12: we'll play another one of those nameless band songs too
Speaker 12: that celebrates celebrates our eight year anniversary. Actually, here's what
Speaker 12: we're gonna do, because we have time to do all
Speaker 12: three of these things. I'm gonna play I'm gonna play
Speaker 12: that awaiting Abigail track I was just talking about people Pleaser.
Speaker 13: Then I'm gonna play Breaking Waves by.
Speaker 12: Nathan Hill because Nathan Hill is in the chat room
Speaker 12: on Facebook and he requested a Nathan Hill song and
Speaker 12: Nathan was on the show recently and absolutely fantastic.
Speaker 13: So we'll play the title track from his his EP,
Speaker 13: is it an.
Speaker 12: EP or full album? Breaking Waves. We're gonna play Breaking
Speaker 12: Waves from Nathan Hill. Then we're gonna do uh, let's see,
Speaker 12: and then we'll we'll do the uh Ryan Redwood song again.
Speaker 13: Someone's calling, Oh they're gone. Someone was calling.
Speaker 12: Okay, never mind, Okay, So we got a few things
Speaker 12: to do and then Justin Hunt is going to be.
Speaker 13: With us in the third hour. But here it is.
Speaker 13: This is people pleaser. From awaiting Abigail.
Speaker 4: S is small mophies. We get a few mcs.
